"We enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast buffet is so giving 💯. Location wise,,,,it’s minutes away from the beach… The room we stayed in was spacious. I guess they just need to have their towels for their guest to have it free instead of having it rented because we are their guests anyway. (outside towels) Also, they need to have their landline checked because it was broken and we’re on the 4th floor.. good thing they have staff on that floor and we were able to request toilet paper. Overall stay was good, they just need to consider the concerns of the guests for improvement, such as their rented towels and the broken landline."

"This is one of my favorite hotels on Boracay Island. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh vegetables. I chose this hotel because I love saunas, but unlike in Japan, there's no ice bath, so after a sauna, I just dive straight into the pool. Be careful of mosquitoes; try to keep them out of your room."

"Service: staff are nice & helpful. But seems insufficient of staff, so need to wait for house keeping. Overall is good for room cleaning, but always missing refill face/hand towel, or forgot refill face tissue. Amenity: can see staff clean the swimming pool every day, but Don’t be misled that the swimming pool also for scuba diving training, it’s only for swimming . As no lift and the staircase is quite steep, it’s not recommended to stay on the 3rd floor if with elderly & kids. Location: it’s super convenient in non -peak season, since gathering point for most activities is just at the door of the hotel , or just opposite to the hotel. Although it’s common meeting up point but not noisy during night time. Only busy at daytime ."

"We stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences. We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was. From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge. At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night. Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay."

The staff are all so friendly and provide incredible service A free shuttle runs from the hotel to one of the main tourist areas all day- which is so helpful and easy to use Great value and if I go back to Borocay I would book again WiFi is spotty on the top floor but works fine downstairs"

"Location is accessible by public transport. You don’t have to drag around your luggage coz the e-tryke stops right in front of the hotel. Few steps from the shore in Station 3. However, there was a transition from old to new owner/management when we arrived, probably why some wastes were left unattended. No free toiletries, not even soap 😓 i hope the new management manages better."

"This stay completely exceeded my expectations and was the most satisfying hotel experience on my recent trip. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. It's very tourist-friendly, making getting around a breeze. The moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed. It was spacious and bright, with a minimalist and clean design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to fall asleep quickly and enjoy excellent sleep quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, well-stocked toiletries, and a consistent hot water supply – the attention to detail was spot on. The room had abundant natural light, a great view, and was overall clean, tidy, and odor-free, which made for a very reassuring stay. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly and patient in answering any questions I had, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, suitable for both relaxation and work. It offers incredible value for money. The facilities, service, and location are all impeccable and well worth the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. It's a trustworthy and comfortable hotel!"

"I love that we have access to the beach that faces the sunrise. The beach was nice and clean and not crowded. The breakfast spread changes everyday and food is delicious. Nice pool. Quie and peaceful. Staff are helpful and friendly. Perfect for digital nomads because internet is very fast. There's a 7-11 in the area so you can grab some food at anytime. The place is safe from hawkers."

"Our stay at Alta Vista Hotel was truly unforgettable, especially since this was our self-gift birthday celebration. Thankful kami sa discount for our 1-day extension, plus the special-time shuttle pickup on our last day and the packed breakfast pabaon—sobrang thoughtful! A big thank you din for the birthday cake surprise, it really meant a lot to us. Special mention to the manager and the whole team for going the extra mile. We also loved all the packages included, especially the trips to Puka Beach and Ilig-Iligan Beach with towels and on-time pickup—very organized and hassle-free. The place is peaceful, spacious, and perfect if you want a quiet environment. The facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly—nakikipagbiruan pa special to mention Mr. Forever (Denmark 🥰)kaya ang saya ng vibe! The food was unli and super nakakabusog—talagang overwhelming in a good way. Though the pool was not fully functional, okay lang because they provided hourly shuttle service going outside. Honestly, nahirapan kami maghanap ng affordable yet quiet and relaxing hotel, but choosing Alta Vista met almost all our expectations. "Property is very well situated, right within DMall area, too close to everything (w/c of course is a great thing!). Rooms (we booked two) were spacious, clean and had fast internet. Note worthy is our host/guide Ate Riza. She was very, very helpful, friendly, efficient and truly proactive with all our needs. She made our stay truly memorable and our experience seamless. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely, definitely come back!"
