The house can accommodate 8 people (6 + 2 people).All rooms are air conditioned while all windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets for protection against insects.On the ground floor, separated from the guests entry, there is a small family business, a little printing office that is working only in the mornings and is sometimes closed in summer. The parking place is shared by the owners of the printing office only during morning hours. The parking lot in the yard is under video surveillance.In the surrounding area there are marked biking and hiking trails. To the geographical center of Istria, which is marked by a stone pyramid, there is a distance of only 1km.
