"I recently stayed here for one night and this was an ok experience. Check-in was smooth but lacked a bit of friendliness; no smiles, no 'welcome to our hotel', The room was big and clean as was the bathroom, but in comparison with the room size, this was a small area. The shower door didn't close properly but on the other hand the shower was excellent. Bed's were ok. Soundproofing is not the strongest point here. Breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations and was really good with plenty of choice. Add to this ample and free parking space and you end up with a solid passing score."

Το όμορφο Art Deco Hotel, πλήρως ανακατασκευασμένο σε 2022-2025 για €5.4m, ανοίχτηκε το Δεκέμβριο του 2025 και προσφέρει 85 δωμάτια πάνω από 5 ορόφους. Η γειτονιά είναι το Παλάτινο Μπουτίκ Hotel με 29 δωμάτια. Τα έπιπλα και η διακόσμηση παρέχουν μια υψηλής ποιότητας ατμόσφαιρα. Η υπηρεσία είναι φιλική και χρήσιμη. Ήρθαμε σύντομο μετά το άνοιγμα του Παλάτινου Γκραντ. Ένα μικρό μέρος ήταν ακόμα υπό ανακαίνιση. Το εστιατόριο δεν έχει ακόμα γεύμα και δείπνο. Το άνετο δωμάτιο μας είχε γραφείο & 2 καρέκλες, κλιματισμό και θέρμανση, τηλεόραση και ψυγείο, εγκατάσταση Nespresso & tea, ένα απίστευτα καλό κρεβάτι βασιλικού μεγέθους και ένα ντουλάπι με ασφάλεια. Το παράθυρο μπορεί να είναι ανοιχτό. Είχαμε ένα ωραίο μπάνιο με πλυντήριο, τουαλέτα και ντους. Το πρωινό του μπουφέ είναι ιδιαίτερα καλό: σπασμένο αυγό που παράγεται με φρέσκα αυγά και όχι με τη συνήθη σκόνη αυγών, ζεστά πιάτα, ψυγεία και τυριά, ψωμί και τοστ, σιτηρά και φρούτα, γάλα και joghurt, χυμούς και συντηρητικά, ρολά και κροσέ, τσάι και καφέ. Το Παλάτινους Γκραντ είναι ένα απίστευτα άνετο ξενοδοχείο."

"The exterior was dilapidated and unremarkable, but the hotel room inside was extremely satisfactory. The facilities were complete, the room was large, and the bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast selection was also satisfactory. Overall, I was very satisfied. On the day I left the hotel, it was snowing and there was a strong wind outside, which smashed all the windows on the exterior of the hotel – quite a scare! 😳"

"Palatinus Boutique Hôtel is the little sister of the larger Palatinus Grand right beside it. It sits right on the pedestrianized Old Town center - you couldn't get any better location than that! The rooms are quite large, with a wooden cabinet complex that divides the room into a foyer and the bedroom area. It also has a balcony large enough for two chairs and a table. Great place to have coffee in the late afternoon as we did. The long wall of the room was all mirrors and sliding doors. The walls were in striking dark green color, which was set apart against the brown veneer of the wood cabinets, and the orange upholstered headboard. Unusually, they even had a hat rack which we found useful to hang all sorts of stuff. The elevator walls were lined with pretty French painting fabric. And there were various seating areas on all floors. The elevator was slow but the stairs were nicely decorated in thick patterned rug patters. All the hallways were tastefully decorated as well. Then you had a sliding green door that revealed the T&B. For a boutique hotel, breakfast was pretty good, with mushroomed scrambled eggs, three types of sausages, and fresh orange juice."

"There are good and bad things, the bad part first: It's not worth getting full pension, as they serve the same food all week, with no variety but the taste is not bad. Plates, cutlery, glasses, and where the food is served are mostly dirty and poorly cleaned. Also when I took water from the machine for my daughter, it came out dirty, as the machine is not clean, so reccommend you to buy whater and soft drinks. There is no room cleaning, and the service is not good. The gym you need to pay. The good part is that the room is clean, no problems, and the wellness area is amazing and clean. In short, you get what you pay for in a 3-star hotel, but they could make an effort with the cleaning and service. I stayed for 5 days."
