The water was turned on around 9 PM, but the temperature remained lukewarm. I called the front desk after 10 PM, and they said, "It's peak usage time, we suggest you wait." I waited until after midnight, but the water was still cold, so I had to give up on the hot springs. I thought I'd just take a hot shower, but the water was still lukewarm, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Good heavens, what kind of hot spring hotel can't provide either a hot spring bath or a hot shower? They can't even meet basic hot water needs, speechless. However, the overall environment was okay. The hot spring rooms with water features even had a short musical fountain view at night. ⚠️ If you have basic requirements for hot water, please choose carefully, otherwise it will ruin your experience. Perhaps it would be better on a weekday? But on a weekend evening, it clearly couldn't handle the water pressure, and no one seemed to be addressing the actual problem. A complete disappointment!"
