"The hotel provides private parking as described. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Greenway Market, about a 5-minute walk away. The owner is very responsive and helpful, and we also received a complimentary coffee voucher. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Although there is no lift, the café staff are available to assist with luggage if needed. Overall, it is a quiet and comfortable place to stay."

"Overall.. The room is clean and ok.. just that the water drainage at the basin is a bit slow. The hotel also provides free coffee, with different varieties.. from thai tea, to chocolate to espresso coffee.. from vending machines"

"Clean and very good location. Suitable for big group also easy to get parking. Close to main attraction and easy to get tuktuk"

"Very clean and tidy stay . Host was friendly .very green and fresh little garden at the back yard. Surrounding with food stalls and shops . A little bit far from the happening street. Host provided water filter machine it is super convenient to get hot and cold water . We have a very pleasant stay with The little Nap in Hatyai . Highly recommended"

"A perfect place to stay. This place exceeded my expectation. I am beyond words. We travelled by car and we got to rest at this place. It was a landed property, we parked our car right in front of the house, easy to load off our luggages and away from the busy road and crowded place. It is not that far from central hatyai. With affordable price, you can get a house or a junior suite! WILL BOOK IT AGAIN DEFINITELY!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the entire team worked so hard to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. Everything about the property exceeded my expectations. When we experienced a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, the owner and staff responded immediately and were extremely proactive in resolving it. Their outstanding efficiency and dedication to customer service truly made a impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable place to stay!"

"Booked a room for 3 pax and it was a really good stay! Location is super convenient, just near Central Market and Makro. Staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the aircond worked well. No lift though, so be ready to carry your bags up the stairs. They also have iron, washing machine, and dryer (but cleaning service is paid). Overall, really comfortable and also good for Muslim travelers. Definitely will repeat if I come to Hat Yai again!"

"For those who are looking for a place to stay with a good atmosphere, quiet and privacy, Rat Min House in Songkhla is another option that should not be overlooked. It is very suitable for those who really want to relax, not chaotic, not disturbed, suitable for taking a quiet time to reflect on yourself or reset your mind. The accommodation is simply decorated but looks warm (there is air conditioning and high-speed internet for free, but there is no refrigerator and TV in the room. The refrigerator can be used in the common area). The owner is kind, provides good service and is friendly, making you feel comfortable from the time you check in until the day you return. The breakfast is also extraordinary, especially the curry menu, which tastes more delicious than the price and is considered very cheap when compared to the quality. Advice: You should check the room rates in advance before booking because the prices during the weekdays are significantly cheaper than during the festival."
