I've stayed here several times, but this is my first time in a street-view room, and it's on a high floor too! There were no rooms available at first, luckily I managed to book one through Trip.com 😅. The lower-floor rooms I stayed in before weren't as good, to be honest.

The hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence. What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

The breakfast set offers a wide variety of choices, with complimentary drinking water and coffee, and even a coffee machine. It's located in the alley behind the Crystal Hotel. The road leading to the hotel might be a bit rough, but the hotel facade is beautiful with a parking lot. They also sell healthy snacks and drinks.

The location is a bit far from the center, but since we had already rented a scooter, it was convenient for us. Many people come by car, giving the impression of a weekend getaway. The room seemed a bit dark at first glance, but everything else was good. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier than the official check-in time. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; there were two options to choose from, but you could have as many toasts with jam and butter as you wanted. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel occupies several buildings: accommodation, a pool, a breakfast area, and some other structures. They require a swimming cap in the pool. In the evening, they rented them out for 20 baht, but in the morning, they gave them for free. The sea is warmer than the pool, so the pool feels cold in comparison. But that's just a matter of personal preference.

This hotel in Hat Yai, Thailand, boasts an excellent location, just an 18-minute drive from the airport, with a peaceful and quiet surrounding environment. My stay was comfortable; the room was clean and the service attentive. The only minor inconvenience was a brief 15-minute power outage that night. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it to travelers seeking convenience and a pleasant environment. It would be perfect if the electricity stability could be improved.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making the room quite uncomfortable. We informed the front desk about the issue; however, unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update provided to us. In addition, at around 3:30 AM, we were disturbed by people knocking on doors and shouting in the corridor, which significantly affected our sleep. Another disappointing experience was that an extra pillow required an additional charge, and the fee was non-refundable. This was unexpected and did not meet our expectations of hospitality. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement in both facilities and guest service.

Hotel is at Very central location in Haadyai town . Lots good food places nearby & shopping . Will stay here again for next visit to Haadyai.

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
