"Our stay far exceeded expectations! The location is right in the heart of the hot spring town, and it's incredibly convenient if you're driving, with free parking and EV charging stations. It's close to Wuli Spring and the Forest Park. The room itself is spacious, newly renovated in 2022, and features smart controls. It was spotlessly clean, with no overlooked corners. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were very patient and proactively explained the scenic routes around Arxan. They even helped us arrange a taxi, providing a truly thoughtful, concierge-like service. Plus, they have self-service laundry and dryers, which is a lifesaver for long trips."

"This is one of the better hotels in the city center, offering excellent value for money. Just a heads-up: the king-size rooms don't have mountain views. I initially booked a king-size room that was advertised as having a mountain view, and they even told me they'd upgraded me. But when I checked in, the mountain view was completely obscured, only visible from the side. When I asked the front desk to switch to a mountain-view room, they informed me that only twin rooms offered mountain views, not king-size. I ended up changing to a twin room; since there was no child safety rail, we just pushed the two beds together to make a large bed, which worked out fine. They didn't have any step stools for kids to reach the sink, which was a bit inconvenient for parents with young children. The faucets were old-fashioned, with separate hot and cold taps, making it easy to get scalded. On the bright side, the bottled water was local Arxan water, which was very sweet and delicious. The mattress firmness was good, not overly soft. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but I witnessed a staff member putting uneaten cherry tomatoes from a customer's plate directly back into the fruit bowl. That really put me off. Even if they just took it to the kitchen and put it back without washing, it would have been better. But it really should be washed, what if the previous person had an infectious disease? There's a coffee machine with freshly ground coffee. The beans aren't great, but it's much better than instant coffee made with non-dairy creamer. The location is excellent, and the service at the main entrance is fantastic. They proactively helped with luggage, but parking was tight. I had to park in front of the supermarket next door at night. There's a beautiful pumpkin carriage (for decoration) by the entrance, perfect for photos."

"Linhe Villa has a beautiful night view, excellent location, free self-driving parking, clean and soundproofed, the front desk is enthusiastic to play guides, near the square scenic spot, families, self-driving travel are suitable. The European-style small building is beyond the film, and the Aershan accommodation is preferred."

"The hotel has convenient transportation, relatively new facilities, and good health conditions. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small. There is no bottled drinking water in the room, there is no air conditioning (should not be used in summer), and there is no heating. I asked the landlady and she said there were electric blankets, but I didn't find any. It snowed and cooled down the day we stayed, so it was still a bit cold. I hope I can be prepared in the future."

The surrounding streets have a good variety of restaurants and supermarkets, so you don't have to go far for groceries or meals. The rooms are cleaned meticulously; there wasn't a single stain on the floors or in the corners of the bathroom. The bedding was clean and soft, and the heating in the room was stable. Given the large day-night temperature difference in Arxan, it was wonderfully warm inside the room. The 24-hour hot water flowed smoothly, making it incredibly comfortable to wash up and rest after a long day of travel."

"Stayed two nights in Arxan. What drew me to this place when booking was definitely the small balcony – the city itself is quite charming. The only slight drawback was that the balcony on the other side, for the same room type, had a clothes drying rack, but ours didn't. I ended up draping my washed clothes over the balcony chairs. Otherwise, the room was well-equipped."
