"It’s a homestay run by family. Everyone is so kind and we felt so welcomed. Owner upgraded our room to a much bigger and spacious room, she also help to take our luggage to level 3. Very helpful and kind. I would rate their hospitality 10/10. The grandpa there also kind enough to invite us for a drink at night. Breakfast is available with only 10 yuan. Really recommended this homestay for anyone who seek new experiences. Interior is very beautiful and unique, our bed is also heated. Overall it’s a very nice stay and clean."

"Extremely satisfied! I booked my stay on ***** New Year's Eve quite early. Originally, the owner wasn't planning on operating and wanted to close for the holiday, but they still accepted our booking and hosted us. We arrived around 8 or 9 PM that evening, and the owner was waiting for us and even presented us with a blessed Hada (******* ceremonial scarf). Before arriving, I called ahead to ask if dinner was available. The owner's chef was on holiday, so they arranged for the restaurant next door to wait for us, where we had a delicious clear yak meat hot pot. The hotel room's overall decor is in the ******* style, which my parents loved, and the price during the Chinese New Year period was very reasonable. Breakfast was prepared by the owner and his wife. They even asked about our planned departure time so they could get up and wait for us. The dumplings 🥟 were delicious, and the owner's wife thoughtfully gave a small red envelope 🧧 to the child. "The accommodation was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even assisted us with booking transportation if we needed to go somewhere. The bedroom was suitable for three people and well-equipped. The location was great, and the property itself was excellent. Just a short walk down, and you'll find a convenience store."

"Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provide disinfectant alcohol (Picture 3), which is great for germaphobes! The tissues are also from C&S. Environment: There are many guesthouses nearby, all run by locals, offering a very authentic local experience. Facilities: We drove here. If you need to charge your car, you can do so at a fish restaurant next door. You can also cast movies from your phone to the TV in the room. Service: You can book tickets for Dagu Glacier through the host, which is slightly cheaper than booking yourself. They also prepare their own breakfast, which includes butter tea and is quite unique. If you're looking for places to eat, I recommend the Hade Plaza in Heishui County, as there are more options there. We tried a ******* restaurant called Xiangnage, and the food was pretty good."

"This self-driving trip to Dagu Glacier in Western Sichuan was made even better by our stay at Heishui Jiruo Mountain Villa – the most worry-free and comfortable accommodation of the entire trip! The villa boasts an excellent location, only about 1 kilometer from the Dagu Glacier scenic area. The owner even provides free shuttle service, saving you from early morning rushes, which is incredibly convenient for glacier visitors. Located next to the Qicai Jiazu ******* Village, the environment is quiet and beautiful, with a strong ******* style. The courtyard is clean and tidy, the air is fresh, and you can see the starry sky and mountain views at dawn and dusk – a truly immersive experience. Parking is super convenient, with a free, spacious parking lot and charging stations, making electric vehicle travel hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and odor-free. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right firmness – a good night's sleep relieves the fatigue of the drive. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and complete toiletries. The cleaning is meticulous, with every corner spotless. The rooms have good natural light, great views, and good soundproofing, making them exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a high quality of rest. The accommodation combines the unique charm of the Jiarong ******* culture with the comforts of modern accommodations, making for a safe and pleasant stay. The owners and their family are warm and welcoming, providing exceptionally attentive service. Check-in is efficient, they proactively help with luggage, and patiently explain travel tips for Dagu Glacier, altitude sickness precautions, and even help you buy discounted park tickets. Any problems are resolved promptly, making you feel like family. The dining experience is a pleasant surprise! The yak hot pot and Tibetan-style earthenware hot pot are generously portioned, incredibly delicious, and made with fresh ingredients, offering authentic local flavors. The butter tea and homemade yogurt are also fantastic. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, with excellent ******* flatbread, porridge, and pickled vegetables – a satisfying and hearty meal. It's conveniently located near attractions like Naizigou and Qicaijiazu, making travel easy. Overall, the location is excellent, the service is warm, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and parking is convenient, making it incredibly cost-effective. It's perfect for family trips, groups of friends, or photography tours. Staying here at Dagu Glacier is definitely a great choice, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Heishui. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Western Sichuan!"

"A really great hotel! It's clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the location is good with convenient parking. A special shout-out to the owner – he's incredibly enthusiastic. He picked us up and dropped us off at the scenic spots. On the way back, a guest asked about the Red Army Luhua Site, and the owner cheerfully drove us there to visit. This is just too good, such an added bonus! Definitely worth recommending."

"We stayed at the Heishui and Siguniang Mountain resorts for three days and absolutely loved the butler service at Gar Manor! From the moment we got off the bus, we were completely taken care of. The butler eagerly carried our luggage and checked us in, making it incredibly easy. The breakfast was plentiful, with a mix of whole grains and protein. The warm black pig's trotters and stir-fried pork in the evening were a thoughtful touch. The most touching thing was that the butler even brought us an umbrella on a rainy day, holding it for us along the way and providing hot tea. These little touches are truly heartwarming! The mountain-view loft we stayed in at Siguniang Mountain had a fantastic view, with both floors offering views of the lake and mountains. On a clear day, the lake sparkled like diamonds, while on a rainy day, the misty clouds shrouded the place like a fairyland. It truly soothed me here and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Siguniang Mountain!"

"This hotel is really, really good, and incredibly cheap compared to some places back home. It's clean and comes fully equipped with amenities. No need to lug around a hair dryer, toothbrush, or toothpaste, saving you luggage space! The room is beautiful with a mountain view, but since it doesn't snow, it looks a bit dry. 😂 I'm impressed! The service is excellent, and breakfast is provided."
