Ξενοδοχεία φιλικά προς τα κατοικίδια σε Ζάοκινγκ

My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

A great choice for a friends' getaway! We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and were very pleased with our choice. Convenient location is a huge plus! Everything was truly nearby: cafes, restaurants, main attractions, and public transport. We didn't waste time on long journeys. The rooms were clean, cozy, and fully matched the description. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. Special thanks to the staff! Very friendly, attentive, and responsive people. Always ready to help with any request or question. For example, they helped us a lot with organizing a transfer and suggested great places for evening entertainment. Overall, we got exactly the relaxed and positive vacation we were hoping for. My friends and I will definitely be reminiscing about this trip. We recommend it!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

This stay was fantastic! The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and blankets were perfectly smooth and odorless, the tabletop and floor were spotless, the bathroom tiles were sparkling clean, and even the crevices of the sink were free of stains—the cleanliness was impeccable. The thoughtfully provided disposable slippers were thick, non-slip, and even more comfortable than the ones I brought. The best part was that the shopping area was right downstairs; it was just a few minutes' walk to the mall, making shopping incredibly convenient! It was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!

The first time I stayed at this hotel, the whole was satisfactory. The reception was very thoughtful. I first saw the room and was satisfied with the check-in. The room was clean and the layout was quite large. If you have anything, you will call the front desk at any time. I will get a reply in time. I will not be perfunctory because I checked in. Worth giving a five-star praise

Booked double bedrooms with bathrooms on 8/f. Pros: The place is clean. Bed is on the firmer side which i like. Windows have screens to keep mosquitos away. Drains have no smell. Hot water is hot enough n good pressure. They provide disposable towels, so you need to bring your own if you r not keen on using disposable. Location is fantastic. Client services are great, provided suggestion on a year card for seven-star cave. Hair dryer n room cleaning at request Door can be licked from inside=safety👍😍 Cons: like most accommodations in china, you can hear people speaking in hallway. Lucky no noisy neighbors at night. Some constructions carry out in a flat nearby, so noise starts at around 830am. The lift lobbies and hallway still have protective plastics so the building is not fully occupied....

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give this hotel a thumbs-up. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly during check-in, proactively explaining the hotel's amenities and providing recommendations for the surrounding area. It was a truly thoughtful experience. The room was clean and tidy, odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice dry/wet area with ample hot water, and the toiletries were better than expected. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent, catering to every taste. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and the service, environment, and cleanliness were impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Comfortable environment, clean and convenient transportation, close to the city center archway and Qixingyan

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is super good! Sweet voice! The environmental hygiene is good!
