"Με τη διαμονή μας στο prestige INSOTEL στην Ibiza, αναμένουμε πραγματικά αυτή την άδεια. Θα ξεκινήσω με τα θετικά, η Nina στο reception ήταν πολύ χρήσιμη. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι καλή, κοντά σε ένα σωρό καταστήματα και παραλίες στην Punta prima. Η ποιότητα των τροφίμων στο εστιατόριο για πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλή. Τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγάλα και πολύ καθαρά. Η περιοχή της κουζίνας ήταν μια ευπρόσδεκτη προσθήκη. Δυστυχώς, λόγω του θερμού καιρού (που λέγεται πιο ζεστό από το συνηθισμένο) είχαμε μυρμήγκια στο δωμάτιο - αυτό μας έκανε δυσάρεστο. Ενώ ακόμα είχαμε μυρμήγκια που δεν ήταν τόσο κοντά, αλλά ήταν μια δυσάρεστη προσθήκη και μας κατέστρεψε. Όσον αφορά το εστιατόριο, η διαχείριση χρειάζεται να επανεξετάσει τα επίπεδα προσωπικού - όχι αρκετό προσωπικό τόσο για το μαγείρεμα (ο φτωχός Santana έχει μείνει για να καλύψει τρεις σταθμούς), την τροφική γεμίσθωση και την κροκέτα (συχνά άδειο) και την αργή υπηρεσία με το προσωπικό αναμονής. Συμφωνώ με άλλες παρατηρήσεις ότι πρέπει να υπάρχει μόνο ένας χώρος για ενήλικες όπως το μέρος που έτρεξε με παιδιά."

"Location is fantastic! Just 2 min away from the beach and restaurants. Also the bus stop is just around the corner of the hotel (route 92 will take you to Mahon in 25 min and only for 1.80 Euros) The staff were great! Fermin in the restaurant and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very good size and comfy bed, with sea beautiful views ! The sunrise was stunning! It would have been great to have a small fridge in the room, considering temperatures were mid-thirties, it would have been great to have space to keep the water bottles cold."

"This was our second visit to the hotel and it is now under new ownership. A few things have changed since last year some better,some not so good. We were on the half board option which included drinks and it's so good that you are able to choose between lunch or dinner. The buffet area is kept immaculate and is always replenished and cleaned by very hard working staff.The variety of food is good even at breakfast and your plates are cleared quickly with a smile.Some of the quality of the meat and fish isn't too good and it is cooked on over high heat too fast therefore it is tough and dry..This could be sorted out as well as a four star hotel only having watered down juice in the morning rather than fresh.Also no cold milk available near coffee and tea area which is odd as you have to walk over to the far side of the dining room and it is inconvenient in a hotel of this size. There was never a queue for a table and for the size of the place the dining room is very well organized due to the efficiency of the staff and managers. The rooms are getting a little tired and we found the lighting to be poor however the bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were good.A/C was good and the cleaning staff keep it all spotless and we realize they are in a time schedule and under a lot of pressure. As regards to the daytime activities for all ages the animation team were brilliant without being loud or intrusive.The evening entertainment however was poor and not as lively and fun as last year and I suppose that is because of the budget of the new ownership. The outside bar area lacked atmosphere in and is very dark as is the area outside of the hotel leading to the entrance .A suggestion that would enhance this and make it pleasant would be lights winding up the palm trees in both areas as we have seen in other hotels and restaurants .We preferred to go into the little town at night which was much better.Also some of the bar staff were miserable. The swimming pool surroundings could be better especially the tiled area around which isn't ideal..Even though the pool water is clean it never looks so because of the grey tiles in the pool so it isn't really inviting to swim. A big thanks to the lovely reception staff who always dealt with problems immediately and we're always friendly when you passed by whatever time of day or night. In conclusion a good hotel in a quiet little resort with excellent staff and food that needs a little updating but still very good value for money with the bonus of not many English people staying there! We will return !"

"Θα κρατήσω αυτό το σύντομο και απλό Pros: Όμορφα διατηρημένα μέρη Υπέροχα προσωπικό σε όλη τη διάρκεια - ειδικά στο υποδοχή Great location Great facilities Καλή επιλογή τροφίμων όλη την εβδομάδα - μόνο ένα θέμα ήταν μια Κυριακή. Η βραδιά διασκέδαση ήταν μεγάλη απογοήτευση για μας. Για ένα τόσο μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο, οι περισσότερες από τις εκπομπές ήταν υποπροδιαγραφές και κακή ποιότητα ερασιτέχνων - θα περίμεναν υψηλής ποιότητας καλλιτέχνες. Θα ήταν υπέροχο αν υπήρχε εναλλακτική τραγουδίστρια ή ηχογράφηση έξω από την περιοχή του πατιοφόρου, μείον σε χαμηλότερες βαθμίδες ξενοδοχείων στη Μενόρκα που παρέχουν πολύ καλύτερη ζωντανή ψυχαγωγία. Δωμάτια - αν και πάντα καθαρά και άσπρα, χρειάζονται πραγματικά εκσυγχρονισμό και αισθάνονται λίγο χρονοβόροι. Συνοπτική παρουσίαση: Κατά τη γνώμη μου, αυτό είναι ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με τεράστιο δυναμικό να είναι ένα μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο, εάν εξετάζουν κάποια ελαφρά στοιχεία και ανακαινίσουν. Εξάλλου, δεν μπορούμε να μείνουμε ξανά εξαιτίας της διασκέδασης· ωστόσο, η κατάσταση του δωματίου δεν θα μας διακόψει τη συμφωνία."
