"Terrible hotel, reception staff not friendly, problems with internet, very slow and sometimes dropped out. The room was very dirty, the sheets had not been changed, so you just slipped into the sheets that someone else had slept in. Very dirty. The pillows were very dirty and smelled of sweat. Mold in the bathroom and no toilet paper. Breakfast not ready at 7.30 am, dishes were not fresh and tasted bad. I travel a lot for work but this was the worst experience ever. Windows not cleaned in years. Really scandalous."
