"At first glance, we thought this was going to be an average motel but it’s much better than that. A small, quiet resort of maybe 10 - 12 one storey duplexes. Our unit was spacious and smart, and I particularly liked the outside shower and the coffee machine. The pool and the view of the ocean were gorgeous, as were the gardens around the duplexes that were not fronting on to the sea. The Sunday Island Night buffet dinner and show were good too."

Rarotonga GolfSeaView

"Rarotonga GolfSeaView was a good spot to stay. We just spent 1 night while waiting for our flight home early the next day. Rooms were clean and well equipped. It was nice to be able to walk down to Black Rock. It was close to the airport so was an easy transfer in the morning via Tiare Transport. It was also just down the road from Antipodes Restaurant, where we had booked in for a great dinner. Other rooms seemed to be occupied by families and groups which these units would be suited to. Would need a car if you wanted to explore further afield. A good choice for those that want to self-cater and don’t want to pay resort prices."

Atupa Suites

"The location is not great - the nearest bus stop is 10-15 minutes walk. There is not much of service- it does not accommodate for early check in or late check out, and you have to find a place to store you own suitcases, see attached photo- Very problematic if you do not have a rental car. The next door neighbour had a very very loud party during the first night and really affected my rest. The pool service person knocked on the door on the second day without any notice. Pool maintenance should be arranged when there is no guest. Would not recommend."

"This was our second trip to Raratonga so we had a better idea of where and what our accommodation should be. Located on Muri beach Muri Shores could not be better placed.Right next door to the Yacht club ,for a drink or a feed overlooking the water .Resorts to the left and right along the white sandy beach for classy dining and cocktails . Direct access from the property to the beach ,white ,daily raked sand complimentary kayaks sunbeds coconut palms what else ,islands to paddle to ,water deep enough to swim in not many rocks did I mention the warm water? The property itself. The grounds were very well maintained the units spotless comfy bed usable kitchen excellent wifi .Located directly behind the markets made it very convenient very little noise from there.Convenience store ,cafes super close.Walk to the cultural show We made the right choice in choosing Muri Shores"
