"My stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying. The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend."

"I was quite disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Before my stay, I emailed the hotel with a specific question and received a clear “yes” in response. Based on that confirmation, I made the booking and spent money on the stay. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had misunderstood my question and that the “yes” they gave me was not actually based on understanding what I had asked. If the hotel was unsure about my question, they should have clarified it before confirming rather than giving me a “yes” and leaving me to find out only after arriving. This was very frustrating and, in my opinion, not an acceptable level of communication or customer service. On the positive side, the cleanliness was excellent, and the location was good. Unfortunately, the poor communication and the way this situation was handled significantly affected my overall experience  I am not satisfied with the service and would expect better communication and accountability from a hotel."

"First and foremost, the peace of mind knowing that Japanese is understood here makes it highly recommended for solo travel beginners. Even though I arrived on a late-night flight, the staff provided excellent service, from arranging airport transfers to welcoming me at the hotel. I also loved that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel all had really pleasant scents. Getting the hot water to work in the shower was a bit of a struggle at first, but it's fine once you get the hang of it. The breakfast was delicious every day too. Next time, I'd love to bring a friend or my partner!"

"It's very convenient, very close to the old town, just a few minutes away. There's a lot to see, a lot of food, and many other things to do. However, the entrance is hard to find because it's not always easy to find, and communication with locals is difficult; they don't speak English, so it's practically impossible. Breakfast is included, but it's very simple, so don't expect much. Its biggest attraction is its convenient subway access."

"Красивый чистый риад в сердце медины. Такси может доехать до площади по близости. Проход к риаду пешком или на велосипеде. В моём случае таксист не мог подъехать к риаду, остановился на площади рядом, попросил номер телефона, позвонил в риад и сказал, чтобы подошли за мной. Минут через 5 подошёл парень и помог докатить чемодан до риада. Так что сервис в порядке! Номера как на фото, небольшие, но со всем необходимым - вода 1.5 л один раз на всё время, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, хороший мощный фен, кондиционер. В номере на 1-м этаже напротив входа было весьма влажно. После выселения можно оставить вещи на хранение. Дают ключ от номера и от входной двери в риад, что удобно - не будить никого поздно вечером. Риад расположен в тупике улиц, поэтому в нём тишина и спокойствие, звуки от основных улиц не слышны. Но слышимость в номерах такая, что вечером приходится разговаривать почти шёпотом. Вкусный завтрак, немного отличался составом во второй день. Время подачи завтрака с 8 до 11 утра. Рядом с риадом есть мелкие магазины с продуктами и прочими товарами. Достопримечательности в медине в шаговой доступности. Я даже в сад Мажорель ходила пешком из риада. При заселении сразу уточняйте про городской налог (tax), потому что в моём ваучере на бронирование было указано, что я за всё оплатила сразу, а в риаде требовали доплату налога. В итоге пришлось разбираться и долго объяснять что я ничего не должна. К слову, девушка, работавшая 2 июня, при попытках возразить на просьбу оплатить налог, перебивала меня, не давала высказаться и в целом пыталась всеми возможными способами ”вытащить” из меня этот налог, подпортив впечатления о персонале. Зато накануне отъезда Сулейман с ресепшена очень помог мне с покупкой билета на автобус в Эссуэйру. Это был его первый рабочий день и было видно, как он заинтересован в том, чтобы гостям понравилось в риаде. Огромнейшая благодарность Сулейману! Если вам требуется такси, то персонал может организовать вашу поездку, обращайтесь к ним заранее. И совет: накануне вашего отъезда продумайте способы выхода (выезда) из медины с багажом. Я к сожалению не заказала заранее такси и в итоге с трудом нашла тукера, который согласился отвезти меня от площади Джамаа эль-фна в риад за багажом и после на жд-вокзал. Эта поездка запомнилась и заставила немного понервничать! В целом всё понравилось, кроме требования оплатить уже оплаченный налог и влажности в номере."
