YYushanji Homestay is nestled in the heart of the 5A‑rated Taizhou Prefecture City Scenic Area. It is close to Linhai Intime City Business District, Linghu Park and the main branch of Xinrongji Linghu Restaurant. Right outside the gate lies Ziyang Ancient Street. Perched at the foot of Jinshan Mountain, famed as “Poetry Mountain”, the homestay neighbors the time‑honored Longxing Temple and the Thousand‑Buddha Pagoda. Boasting 270‑degree panoramic lattice windows, it frames distant hills and nearby waters in full view.
The homestay features a variety of guest rooms and suites. With neutral‑toned interiors harmonizing with the ancient city vibe, it exudes a strong retro wabi‑sabi aesthetic.
Rooted in a passion for all things living, Yushanji’s design tells spatial stories through sincere artistic perception, captures time with light and shadow, and pursues the beauty of life with profound humanistic spirit. Built along the natural terrain, the complex features grey tiles and white walls that form a calm and gentle silhouette. Leaning against the window, guests behold the towering Jinshan Mountain dotted with plum blossoms, embracing the mountain scenery in comfort. Here you can spend an entire day gazing at the ancient city from your room.
"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, right on Ziyang Street, near Jinshan Mountain, and very close to Rongxiaoguan Restaurant. The manager can even help you get a reservation number in advance.
The overall facilities are excellent. The bathroom fixtures are Villeroy & Boch, and the bedding is very comfortable. The amenities are top-notch. You can even see plum blossoms from the window; the view might be even better from the second floor.
Upon check-in, you'll receive welcome fruit and snacks, and upon check-out, you'll receive a gift. There's also dessert in the evening, but we didn't try it because we ate too much that night. Breakfast is a Chinese breakfast, including Taizhou-style wheat pancakes, which were quite delicious.
Overall, it was fantastic, and I would definitely choose it again next time I come to Linhai."
