"Very enjoyable stay at Ramada, my room and the shower room were nice and modern, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety on offer plus a hot station for waffles, omelettes, and pancakes! Staff are just the best, super friendly and helpful! Was able to check in early, and am so thankful as I had a long flight in! I didn’t get their names but the Filipino woman at the front desk, and the staff in the breakfast room, plus the cleaning staff - all amazed me with their high level of professionalism and helpfulness! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I visit! Thank you again!"

"It's a one of the best 5 star hotels in Kuwait. I experienced very well in this hotel."

"I was escorted all the way from the arrival hall by Sunil, Who also chauffeured me in a brand new comfortable Tahoe. His driving was superb. At the hotel's reception was greeted by Dovi, who took care of my reservation and made sure everything is sorted. The room is clean & comfy. I loved the bedside full room controller device. I could turn on/off all lights individually or all at once, turn on/off both ”Do Not Disturb” & ”Clean Service”, control the AC, all while being lazy in bed. However, I really have an issue with the bathroom. Firstly, the listing says there's a bathtub. However , there wasn't one. It was a walk-in shower. Secondly, that shower had a really bad floor drain & slope. The water would run over the very shallow shower floor & lip/edge/step to the entire bathroom. My solution was to roll the foot towel & place it at that edge. The training room was excellent. The snacks were great. Saniya took care of us & made sure everything was comfortable for us. I am aware that it's not the hotel's issue, but they really could find proper energy backup solutions. That 2 hours government blackout/loud shedding is no joke. Lights, AC, everything goes off except the elevators & the water luckily. I was chauffeured by Shaikhe for my airport dropoff & it was as great of an experience as the airport pickup."

"We enjoyed our quick check-in, excellent facilities, and the proximity to Alshaheed Park for a walk. Unfortunately, the booking does not include breakfast (it costs KD 15, almost $50 per person, so it is expensive). Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"A very beautiful, wonderful hotel in terms of location and service, easy to register in."

"I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Kuwait. The service was excellent—staff were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The food was also a highlight. The buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with fresh selections and attentive staff. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Would definitely consider returning."

"Very comfortable hotel for accommodation. A variety of and maximum delicious breakfast, even sushi and fobo soup are served. But the most important value of the hotel is staff. All staff are as kind as possible, at every opportunity go to meet - early settlement, late departure, everything is very good and superprofessional."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable."

"Very nice reception and flexible check-in/check-out times. There is nothing worth mentioning in terms of cleanliness. Everything was top, just as you would expect from a five star hotel and also from the price that is therefore justified."
