This is a beautiful salt water pool sizing 7 x 3 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.30 metres. Then, you will find a paradise of flowers, plants, trees and views to the mountains around the house, and enclosing the whole plot where you can take a short but nice walk. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The one-storey house features spacious and luminous spaces with an exceptional rustic style. The living-dining room is an example of the Mallorcan style where you will enjoy your time all together whilst chatting, having your meals or watching the TV-Sat. The kitchen offers a dining table and is equipped with an industrial gas cooktop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home.
