"Είχες μια υπέροχη ώρα! Μεγάλο πρωινό μπουφέ, φιλικό προσωπικό. Ευκολό διαμέρισμα, καλά κρεβάτια, μεγάλο μπάνιο. Ωραία ζεστά σάουνα. Καλή αποθήκη πατινάζ με ζεστά παπούτσια, λατρεύω. Πολύ εύκολο ιδιωτικό πατινάζ για τα ασανσέρ στο Saalbach. Συν διαθέσιμο υπόγειο πάρκινγκ."

"Excellent place to stay. We were on a mountain biking week and had a great week staying at this hotel. The room was large with plenty of storage, huge bed, big TV, large walk-in shower, and a decent size balcony area. They served a really good continental breakfast in the mornings - super tasty cereal and eggs! They also catered very well for bikes, with a secure lock up room, and a bike wash. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and as we had a late return flight it was great to be able to use their sauna area to shower and change later in the day (ie after checking out). The location is also great, just a 10 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Negatives were really minor! I did find it odd there's no sink in the toilet room, so you have to go through to the separate shower room to wash your hands! And it was super hot while we were there. We weren't expecting A/C but a fan would have been nice to help shift the air a little. But overall this is a fantastic hotel and it will be top of the list if we return to Saalbach in future."

"Our second Summer at the Berger Sporthotel and it was just as good as last year. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by Laura and Mike who were very friendly and helpful at Reception. Frau Berger shared her love and passion for the hotel and its family history . We very much enjoyed the food and Wilkin's friendly service in the restaurant . The hotel still has its traditional charm which we appreciated. Being in the centre of town, buses and cable cars were most convenient. The Wednesday weekly entertainer showed off his musical talent...a good evening. We had a spacious bedroom with balcony overlooking the main street. The safe was useful. The included Tui packed lunch and afternoon coffee/cake one time weekly was a nice touch. We hope to return again. Smith family."

"This is one of the nicest hotels myself and my husband have ever stayed in. The reasons are : The staff , from the lovely English gentleman on reception so funny and helpful as are all the receptionists the waiting staff Charlie was our idea of the perfect waiter , knowledgeable, efficient and the epitome of what a waiter should be. Must not forget La Capitaine ( no idea of his name) the bartender who makes the perfect Aperol Spritz and flat white coffee ably helped by the lovely young tall man with impeccable English. The place is spotless and our cleaner left our room perfect every day. The facilities are brilliant, the spa second to none , the swimming pool the perfect temperature, the hairdryer in your bedroom is a proper one ( even better than the one I have at home !) the towels fluffy and the bathrobes,the spa towel perfect. The food for breakfast and the evening meal is so well presented and tasty it puts some flashy restaurants to shame. Saalbach is so quaint and typically Austrian it looks like a film set. The joker and mobility card you get free from reception is a godsend , it meant we were up and down all the nearby cable cars all day and the mobility card gives you free travel on the bus , so we went to Zell and See free ! We would be back next year but we’ve already got our holidays booked but my husband was just informing me that there are only a few rooms left this September 🤣"

"After 25 years we revisited this hotel and we were not disappointed, All aspects of the hotel were awesome. From reception to housekeeping and the bar to the restaurant the service was second to none. The room we had was spacious and overlooked the surrounding mountains. The time of year we travelled meant the hotel was quiet so we had full run of the spa and gym facilities. Outside the hotel we took advantage of a special pass that allowed us to use the buses and mountain lifts to get around and explore. Highly recommend this hotel which is situated in a great location."
