"We stayed at Gram Suites for 4 nights. The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us. Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had. The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished. There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person): Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep) Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples."

"Location is near train central station and 8 minutes walking to hotel. Hotel has 5 rooms at Fifth floor in an old building. You need to access main door, then entering to another gate for elevator, and you need pin number to open the hotel door. We MUST call the owner for arrangements in advance to get pin number and checkin time. Room is good size ,clean but towels need to be improved. We put towels in the washing basin but not changing for us. We stayed 4 nights and walking to tourist attractions within 30 minutes or you can take metro line1 ."

From there, you can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and Naples city center. The hotel's location is excellent. The nearest metro station is about a 7-8 minute walk away. There are shopping streets nearby with many delicious restaurants and pizzerias. It's very safe, and the locals are very friendly. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's front desk staff, Simona and Tommaso, were extremely friendly. On our first day in the area, they provided maps and detailed sightseeing suggestions. There was a slight issue that evening—the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff kindly brought extra blankets and quilts, and told us they would fix it the next day, or we could change rooms if necessary. We didn't have time to mention it to the front desk when we left the next day, but when we returned to the hotel that evening, the air conditioning was fixed! We were pleasantly surprised and felt very warm. Thank you to the staff, thank you Simona! Also, we had booked a 1.3-meter double bed through Ctrip, but my child and I aren't used to sleeping in double beds. I called the front desk, but I couldn't explain it clearly in English. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience."

"Service was amazing. Luciano was great and friendly. He helped us with the early check-in and Oriana (we spoke with her just through phone) was amazing too. The lady cleaning and working there was great too: Patrizia was too nice and I am just too sad that I forgot to leave her a big tip. Area is not central but still amazing. Calmer than other areas and nicer for sure. You can easily reach any other part of the city. Also, there are many restaurants and bar close. For us it was also perfect since it is right by the American Embassy, that is where we needed to go. Coffee machine in the common area was also amazing. Best choice and the price was amazing too. I will definitely go back again."
