"From the minute you walk into reception you are meet with an amazing smell. Check-in was so easy with very pleasant and informative staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are bright and very clean. We booked a superior room which gave us access to the rooftop terrace and pool, which was gorgeous! The dining room is huge and the buffet style breakfast caters for all tastes and cultures. Although, I would suggest replacing the two toasters with an industrial toaster for the sake of speed and convenience but that isn't a criticism as I cannot fault anything aspect of this hotel. If you like to hit the gym whist your away, you will be impressed with the modern and stylish gym. Shops, bars and nightclubs are minutes away as is the beach. I recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely be staying there again."

"Lovely hotel. Room 511 fantastic view of sea and bay. Clean rooms fresh towels and bed made everyday. Toiletries, hand wash ,shower gel,toothbrush,slippers, hairdryer. all in room. Great breakfast with so much choice. Staff very welcoming special thanks to Ricardo very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Was concerned when booking regarding bars under hotel but all closed at midnight was never disturbed at all. Once again a lovely stay thank you x"

"Really wanted to come on here and be able to write a glowing review but unfortunately I can’t. The main issue, and perhaps not something the hotel can help, is that during the stay, was that there were several groups of young school boys on a school trip, who were running riot throughout the hotel. The lobby, the restaurant, the pool; it was just chaos and made the hotel feel like a hostel. It really made the whole experience at the hotel feel quite uncomfortable as you were having to try and guess what time they would be in the restaurant to avoid the carnage. Whilst they were in the pool, no other guests were able to get in as they were throwing balls from one end to another, screaming and shouting. This was supposed to be a trip to switch off, which unfortunately did not come to fruition. Again, whilst not a staff issue, it would have been nice if they had a word with the teachers in charge to ask the children to be slightly more respectful of other guests. No need for an alarm clock in this place, the sound of your neighbours having a shower, flushing the loo or drawing the curtains is enough as the walls are so thin. Not only does the air conditioning take a while to take effect, the coolest it will get the room is 21 degrees, which is a country that reaches into the 30s, isn’t much use. It also doesn’t work when the balcony door is open (for fresh air) so you have to decide between being stuck in a stuffy room with somewhat cool air OR have the door open for a fresh air but be absolutely sweltering. The hotel is definitely more of a base than somewhere you can stay for the whole trip. Nothing really happens at the hotel- no entertainment, no shop, nothing. The main town centre is a 20 minute walk, slightly uphill, which to be doing everyday, just for something to do, isn’t ideal. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again, or be recommending the hotel to anyone, just because I don’t believe it is worth the money I paid."

"We chose this hotel as it looked central and what we needed for our 3 day break. Check in was easy and by a lovely lady on reception, we arrived early morning and our room was ready, our friends room wasn't but that wasn't a problem and worth the wait, they had a beautiful sea view room with balcony. Tourist tax was about €8 for our stay. We was on the second floor no balcony just a window over looking the alley. The room was very clean and modern with a free safe (bonus) good storage etc, fridge and cleaned everyday. The small pool is on the roof top with a handful of sunbeds. Nice to chill there for an hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're wanting a central short stay, if you're going for a family holiday maybe chose one of the bigger hotels with a pool bar etc. thank you for a pleasant stay."

"We booked this hotel as a last minute holiday with a travel company. Once we had booked it we then looked at the reviews, which I know was silly. Once we had read them we were a tad worried. We didnt need to me, we loved this hotel, the location is perfect, right near the beach, but far enough from the noisy night life of Lloret de Mar. Loads of places to walk around and explore. The hotel itself. Firstly the reception staff could not have been more helpful, we had an incident in the middle of the night with our room a couple of days into the holiday, they immediately relocated us (4am) and the next day found us another sea view room which we had booked and paid for. All done seamlessly without any fuss and they could not have been more apologetic. The sea view rooms have absolutely stunning views. The beach is gorgeous. We went half board, the breakfasts you couldnt fault, apart from not the hottest we have had and the evening meals were great, a good all round selection. The hotel has a wonderful adults only area, which has lovely comfortable seating and a smallish, but well needed pool, with little seats right down the side so you can get in and cool down. Unfortunately this was the only downside to the whole week. On our last day a large group of holidaymakers booked into the hotel and they had several under 18 year old children with them. They all submerged on the adult only area and proceeded to take up all the seats, this of course is fine as they have paid for it as much as anyone else, but the children also came up with them. There were probably around 6 under age children and they were fairly noisy, but they then all got in the pool, and although there were people sitting around in the pool they proceeded to play noisy ball games, throwing the ball from one end of the pool and splashing everyone and being very vocal. There is a perfectly adequate childrens pool, which is much larger than the adult one, was very disappointed that although hotel staff walked by the pool and through the adult area on a regular basis, this was never challenged and in fact one member of staff administered first aid to one of the children whilst in the adult area. As it was our last day we just left and spent the day on our balcony. It was a shame, but definetly didnt change our view of the hotel and glad we didnt listen to the negative reviews. Will definetly go and stay again."

"Κρατήσαμε ένα πακέτο F1 της Βαρκελώνης μέσω της «πέσης» για μια εβδομάδα και πήγε απίστευτα καλά. Το ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο της νυχτερινής ζωής του Lloret και όταν έφτασα, ανησυχούσα για τα επίπεδα θορύβου, αλλά μας δόθηκε δωμάτιο 426, το οποίο έχει το μπαλκόνι πίσω από το ξενοδοχείο, Ήταν ακόμα περιστασιακά θορυβώδης από ανθρώπους που ουρλιάζουν και ουρλιάζουν και θα μπορούσατε να ακούσετε τη μουσική της νυχτερινής λέσχης "τροπικές" που βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα, αλλά είχα φέρει τα έμπιστα αυτιά μου και έκλεισαν όλο τον θόρυβο για να μπορέσουν να κοιμηθούν καλά. Είμαι αναστατωμένος με την ποιότητα του στρώματός μας, αλλά τα κρεβάτια μας ήταν άνετα και υποστηρικτικά. Είχαμε μισό πίνακα και το φαγητό ήταν καλό, ήταν ποικίλο και υπήρχαν πολλές επιλογές τόσο για πρωινό όσο και για δείπνο. Μερικά από τα πιάτα δεν ήταν σπουδαία, αλλά υπήρχαν πολλά περισσότερα που ήταν υπέροχα. Το προσωπικό στο ρεστοράν ήταν καλό και στο εστιατόριο. Οι διοργανωτές για το F1 ήταν επίσης σπουδαίοι, μοιράζονται τους αριθμούς τους WhatsApp έτσι ώστε να μπορέσουμε να τους επικοινωνήσουμε. Είχαμε ένα υπέροχο ταξίδι. Θα ξαναπάει."
