Location is very strategic, just a few steps to Luomashi metro station. Room is comfortable, room facilities seems quite old but overall comfortable to stay. Toilet has bathtub and shampoo is branded (Elemis). Thanks for providing a good stay!

Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

Well located - close to Chunxi Rd and Tai Koo Li. Helpful staff. Unfortunately some inconsiderate guests continue to smoke in non-smoking rooms. Hotel need to inspect and remind recalcitrant guests as they will blatantly open the room door and let the smoke drift into the lobby. Otherwise, a good hotel for a short stay.

The room was splendid. Offered a decent city view. Cleanliness was top notch. There were complimentary bottles of water, which was very handy for travelers around the city like me during the summer. The hotel offered breakfast with a good variety of Chinese and English breakfast foods. The staff at the restaurant was welcoming offered to pack the breakfast for those who had to leave early in the morning. The only negative was the long waiting times to check in.

Very nice hotel for its value. The hotel located in the center of Chengdu. There is a huge public hospital nearby and every is very close. Staff and front desks are very helpful. One thing I don’t like is smoking smells. Even in nonsmoking rooms they have lighter and ashtray prepared on the desk. I don’t know why? But other than that it is great place to stay with the price it offers.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, huge for two people and had a really nice tatami setup with a tea table. Breakfast is great though it’s just Chinese cuisine so choose to have breakfast elsewhere if that’s not for you. The hotel offers 3 local snacks daily from 2-10pm, which pretty much served as dinner for us. Personal favourites were the dan dan noodles and tang yuan (glutinous rice balls). Hotel is located 5min away from Sichuan Gymnasium metro station (~1 hr+ from tianfu international airport) and located in proximity to the local attractions eg wu hou shrine, wen shu temple, kuan zhai alley, people’s park, cheng du museum etc. which were all ＜10-20 min drive away via Didi (uber equivalent - they have an English app if you need it and a real life saver). Even the ancient towns eg Luo dai, Jie zi, yuan tong were very accessible from this hotel with Didi (~1 hr’s drive away) where public transport will take ~2-3 hours with service ending around 5pm.

Room was nice and clean, water temperature was nice and hot! They even have foot bath sachets available upon requests to soak your feet in your room. Food delivery was easy, a robot sends it to your room no matter what you order. It was easy to communicate with front desk as they add your wechat upon checking in. Staff were super helpful and friendly, served me a warm drink everytime i waited in the lobby. One staff even helped me with my bag when i didnt even ask. They also allowed me to extend my room for 1 hour without any charges.

Our experience at the hotel was very good We loved the decorations, the location is awesome, breakfast was great too! All the things in the room were of a good quality too: tea, shampoo, conditioner etc everything left a very good impression The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They let us do a late check out. I’ve stayed at multiple Fraser locations. Having previously stayed at their old location at renheng and had a good experience I thought it would be even better at their new location. I was wrong. 1) The rooms smells full of toxic gas from renovation. Even the air filter in the living room shows a PM2.5 level of 80+ 2) The hotel likes to save as much electricity as possible so they often like to turn off the entire air conditioning unit for the entire hotel in the morning making u wake up from being too hot. The centralised air conditioning is not adjustable at all. I put the temperature to 10c and it still showed a reading of 24. 3) Service was terrible as soon as we arrived. Worker outside supposed to be helping with luggage was standing and looking at us until I called him to help with the luggage. The lady with pimples on her face is rude and not welcoming at all. Speaks to us with no manners and gives us a terrible attitude. Never coming back again! My loyalty to Fraser suites for all around the world ends here.

Well located near the intercity bus stop. Rooms are very large, nice bathroom with good amenities. Beds are extremely comfortable. TV in the room with hundreds of channels. The best part is that it is near restaurants. Right outside you can rent bikes and explore the city. There is a restaurant on site as well, but didn't try it. If on a budget and looking for a one or two night stay it's a good option. Booked one night and then added another for convenience.

We booked a temporary hotel for the night and were upgraded to a family suite for free when we arrived. The room was large and very comfortable. The children loved it and the breakfast was rich. But there are two points that need to be improved. First, it seems to be undergoing renovation. I went to the wrong parking lot twice the first time. The person who guided me was only at the front entrance, and his instructions were not detailed enough. Second, the customer service bathroom is not clean enough. This should be It is the most basic service of a hotel.

Overall, services are excellent! Starting from reception, breakfast cafe, horizon club, house keeping, all staff we met are friendly, attentive and responsive. The location is good. I wanted to book using Accor but the hotel is very slow to respond to my requests. The reception counter is very busy but still efficient. However, some of the reception can be less helpful when I have problem with my package sent to the hotel. Breakfast area is too small and is very crowded even after 0930. The cheese provided is very bad, and the noodles station is overwhelmed and I didn`t managed to place my order. The lift is slow, and there is jam during breakfast peak. I did not have time for tea, and was able to get good ice creams instead. The checkout process is very smooth, special mention to Nu Nu who gave me souvenir and check in with me on my stay.

I absolutely love this hotel for the following reasons ! 1. It’s so beautiful, it totally fulfills my fantasy of staying in a historical building in an ancient dynasty time and being a rich Chinese girl . 2. The Location is so very convenient, and I love this entire neighborhood. Very close to the temple. 3. It is very clean and quiet. 4. The technology in room ! They got JBL horizon speaker, and something like Alexa. Last but not least !!! 5. I love meeting my new friends from the bar! The drink was delicious and delicate ! And the girls I met are so friendly and fun to hang out with! Oh and they have good breakfast selections, too. I am highly recommended this hotel, if you are bored with hotel chain ! The only thing is hard for foreigners is communication, the employees don’t really speak English, but they are very friendly and helpful tho! I wish I will go back to this hotel soon !

We stayed in JinJiang for 4 nights from Oct. 17 to Oct. 22, 2023. We were so happy to choose this Hotel. The stuff of Hotel was very warm and helpful. Specially, Ms. Camille Feng, she helped us to change the rooms and give us very good suggestions for our stay; Ms. Xu Bin had very beautiful smile and gave us warm welcome. Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Also, its breakfast is very good and more affordable, comparing with other 5 star hotels.

The hotel is 20mins walk to Taikoo or you can take the metro (1 stop). Behind the hotels there are many local restaurants and 1-2 coffee shops. It takes 25 mins drive to get to the airport. The hotel is very local. I didn’t see any foreigners. The room is spacious and clean. Good sound proof wall. The view from my room, 39th floor, is nice. No cigarette smell. Bed is comfy and water pressure is just right. The pool and gym looks nice as well but I didn’t use them. Chinese and western breakfast is great! Overall service of front desk, housekeeping and breakfast restaurant are EXCELLENT! I will stay here again because of value for money!

I visited during the golden week in October and had such a pleasant stay here at Hazens! I arrived quite late in the night and was greeted and served by very friendly young employee called Cheng who was very kind to take my request of a room facing the square as I wanted to see the flag raising ceremony on their national day. He was super professional and friendly and he made my stay so great! I do think his other female colleagues should learn from him though, they didn’t seem very happy to serve other patrons. The hotel is clean and quiet and super comfortable I had such a relaxing time despite the massive crowd in the city. Thanks Cheng for making my stay such a great one! Will recommend to my friends and be back! :)

It is very convenient for traveling and eating. We who like to stroll especially like this location. Service: Here comes the important point! I have to praise Fuyun's service. I am a person who has traveled all over the country and experienced high-end and low-end hotels at home and abroad, but I still feel amazing about Fuyun's service. The housekeeper Kangkang is a handsome young man from the north. Gentle northern men are relatively rare. This time I drove a RV to Chengdu with my husband. Because the car is quite large, after communicating with him, he started to work hard to find the right one for us. Parking spaces, they helped us keep an eye on closer parking spaces until late at night. The air in the room was cleaned with an ozone machine, and there were welcome fruits. Kangkang also prepared various snacks, ice wine, red panda dolls and Chengdu-style fans for us, which was a great surprise. It is Fuyun's standard to answer all questions and respond to requests. Moreover, on the basis of this standard, every staff member also smiles, is kind but not flattering. This level shows that they have been trained by a professional training team and are very decent and advanced. . Let the guests feel that the service is in place but not excessive, relaxed and stress-free. When checking out, Kangkang prepared snacks and toiletries for us on the way, which was very considerate. His service directly left our hearts in Fuyun and Chengdu. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chengdu. I wish all members of Fuyun a happy life, good health and all the best!

The location is quite good, very close to every attraction. The night view of Tianfu Square at night is quite beautiful. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk was very nice and even upgraded us. Our stay was pretty good and we extended it for two more nights. There are many pandas in the lobby, which are very cute. There is also free parking downstairs, which is very convenient.

I stayed in this hotel once some time ago. This time my friend visited Chengdu and also booked it here. There must be a reason for a picky person like me to choose this hotel a second time. First of all, the location is very good. The subway station is right here and it’s very discountable everywhere. The better thing is that it is very, very convenient. You don’t have to worry about travel. The room is also very big. The quilt is very warm and the cover is very light. My favorite thing about the whole room is the bathroom. It has a dark style. The bathroom has a mirror, and the room also has a very large dressing mirror. The only bad thing is that the lighting is a little dark and the bathroom has a top light, which is not very user-friendly for makeup. However, the store is very considerate and equipped with a makeup mirror, which is a plus. There is a corner at the front desk and some dried flowers are placed, which is very safe. No matter which floor you go to, you need to swipe your card, and there will be no outsiders stuffing small cards or anything like that. Also, the candies in the room are delicious and the service is very warm and considerate. My friend brought children and even took the initiative to bring children's slippers and toothbrushes and gave them to the children. A small pendant worthy of praise for this hotel

酒店真的是不錯，剛開始還擔心會不會不如那些高檔商務酒店，後來發現自己真的多慮了。首先，位置很方便，就在寬巷子裏面，對於逛街啥的，完全沒有壓力，市中心的位置去哪裡都很方便。當然最關鍵的還是環境和服務，環境太好了，身處鬧市，關上門的一瞬間，隔絕了所有噪音。感覺就是吵鬧市場中的一個小小桃花源。一樓的藩籬雖然沒有大陽台，但是其實也有個很小的小露台，拍拍照片還是非常能夠拿捏的。房間太大了！滿足所有需求了！服務也是沒得說，由於第一天到店實在太晚了，一介女流帶着閨女，又是深夜在陌生的城市，還是有點膽怯。就麻煩管家到巷子口迎接，幫忙拿行李，非常感動。而且住宿過程中，對於旅行方面的不解也能幫助給一些建議。每天都提供了新鮮水果。感謝管家唐好為的服務，非常認真負責且貼心！下次來成都還會選擇這家酒店！建議來的時候可以給孩子帶個漢服，能夠拍出美美照片！唯一的遺憾，房間太少了，總共就10間房，本來想要續住兩天，結果已經訂出去了……各位看好了房間就要早下手了…通過住這個酒店也認識了倆新字！jiao liao
