"The room we stayed in was located just under the roof with no balcony. It was big, but had a broken door and cloth hanger and the refrigerator was difficult to close. Too expensive for the quality of the rooms. The check-in, hotel service and breakfast were at St Zeno Hotel next door. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend St Zeno hotel instead."

"Η φιλία των ιδιοκτητών της οικογένειας και του προσωπικού είναι σέξι. " κατοικία βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τους λόφους σκι, αλλά συνιστάται να νοικιάσετε ένα καταφύγιο για σκι και σκι, καθώς ο δρόμος είναι πολύ στενός. Υπάρχει ένα βαθύ γκαράζ και μερικά μέρη μπροστά από το σπίτι. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ προσεκτικά. Όλα νωρίς βάφτηκαν, τα έπιπλα δεν είναι κατάλληλα. Ωστόσο, κάποια στοιχεία έχουν πέσει λίγο από τότε. Διδασκαλία δάπεδα, λουτρά και εγκαταστάσεις από το 1990s. Η περιοχή spa με μεγάλη εσωτερική πισίνα και στεγνή και ατμοσουάνη είναι πολύ ωραία. Κάθε βράδυ υπάρχει ένα 5-gang μενού, μόνο η σαλάτα από το μπουφέ. Το πρωινό πρωινό με φαγητά με μπουφέ και αυγά μέσα από τη μαγειρική ζωή και το γεύμα από 15-17 ρολόι με ζεστό φαγητό και τούρτα. Δεν είχαμε τίποτα να εκθέσουμε. Όσο για το Sylvester Serfaus, είχε κλείσει πλήρως, παρά τις πολύ αθλητικές τιμές."

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο που καλωσορίζει ανθρώπους όλων των ηλικιών. Το spa διαθέτει ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, τόσο εσωτερικά όσο και εξωτερικά φυσικά πισίνα, και ένα οικογενειακό σπα φιλικό για παιδιά. Όλα είναι άψογα. Ιδιωτικό σπα, δύο ώρες σε ένα παράδεισο. Παρακαλώ δοκιμάστε!! Αισθησιακά τρόφιμα, πολύ καλά παρουσιάζονται, που είναι επίσης ευχάριστη να κοιτάξετε. Ξενοδοχείο με 5 ανώτερα αστέρια αλλά θα πρέπει να είναι 7 αστέρια. BRAVO, Fam. Schalber και Co. ! ! Μέχρι την επόμενη φορά. 😍"

"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We were not greeted in a friendly manner when we checked in. The lady at reception insisted that we present the booking documents in printed form, which we did not have with us. Her communication seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The bread seemed to be from the day before and there were no fresh products, which we would have expected from a hotel of this category. Another negative point was that the sauna was closed on Saturday. We were already standing at reception in our bathrobes when the employee told us that this was posted everywhere, including in the elevator. There was indeed a notice there, but it was very small and easy to miss. An information sheet with the most important information on arrival would certainly have been helpful here."

"What a blissful stay we had at Alpina & More. The apartment was super, super comfortable. Very spacious and cozy, kitchen well equipped, bed rooms comfy and the bathrooms were... heaven. Bistro offered a nice little menu, spa (pool, multiple saunas en relax rooms) was simply superb. However, what would make us come back again would be the staff. So genuinely nice and hospitable. Despite the upscale hotel, the staff were very laidback and gentle. Our family literally loved every minute of our week in Alpina & More and would love to come back in the future!"

Hotel Castel - Pure Lebensfreude

"Top holiday! Before arrival we were in close exchange with the hotel regarding arrival, Covid location etc. Be it by email or telephone, there was always a very fast and friendly answer and information. We were there for 5 nights and booked a double room. When we arrived in the morning we could already refer to our room and it was told us directly that we would get an upgrade to the anemone suite :) We were happy, of course, huge and the room was simply a meeeeeega! A little relaxing in the living room, or just cool in the bedroom... also in the entrance room there was enough space for skiing equipment at the table or the closet. Every day there was a jaw with hearty and sweet food, which was very delicious. The breakfast buffet was great... because you don't know where to start telling... hot and fresh bread, many Muslim mixtures, conpots and and and and. We would have found it too nice if there were not just cheese cuts, but also all cheese where you can cut yourself.. e.g. soft and hard cheese etc. from the region. You could choose dinner in the morning. There was fish, meat or vegi as the main meal and was always very good. We had beautiful ski days with a lot of sun and a great accommodation! We would certainly recommend the hotel further."
