"Had an amazing spring ski trip to bad moos! Sukhi at the front desk took amazing care of us, Sergio got us the best wine and Ferdinando made excellent drinks, this place is hard to beat! Sauna is clean, well-taken care of, massages were so good!"

"Welcoming hotel, excellent location, very kind and helpful staff, very comfortable room, excellent breakfast and services. Small flaw from the garage to the structure there are three steps, it would be enough to put a ramp to facilitate the transit of luggage."

"My daughter and I have just returned home after spending six wonderful nights at Berghotel Sexten, and I simply could not let the moment pass without sending you a heartfelt thank you. From the very first moment, two years ago, when we first arrived at Berghotel, we felt that this hotel is so much more than just a beautiful property. It is truly a home away from home – a place filled with warmth, genuine hospitality and people who clearly love what they do. A very special thank you goes to Stefano, whose kindness and professionalism impressed us immediately. The fact that he already knew our room number before we had even reached the reception made us smile and perfectly reflected the exceptional level of personal attention your guests receive. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Elisabeth, who gave us two unforgettable days in the mountains. Her passion, knowledge and positive energy transformed our hikes into experiences we will remember for a lifetime. Thanks to her, we discovered not only the breathtaking beauty of the Dolomites, but also the stories, nature, and spirit of this extraordinary place. Please also extend our gratitude to all your colleagues – at reception, in the restaurant, housekeeping, the spa and every other department. Every single member of your team contributed to creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It is rare to find a hotel where excellence feels so natural and effortless. I travel frequently, both professionally and privately, and I can honestly say that Berghotel Sexten has earned a very special place in our hearts. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable. We are leaving with beautiful memories, countless photographs and, most importantly, the feeling that we have found a place we truly hope to return to."

"We stayed in a group of 50 people for 4 days. Nice facility. Panoramic location. Staff were friendly enough but lacking in hospitality. Any serious negatives? The spa is located in the basement of the annex. You can imagine that at -10°C, walking 30 meters in slippers and a bathrobe isn't exactly the best. The downside was the food: breakfast was like a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. Dinners were appalling. The quality was extremely low and the quantity was very, very low. I've been going to the Dolomites for 20 years, but I've never eaten so badly. Everything needs to be reassessed, starting with the chef and the restaurant staff. I could never return."

"We stayed in the Villa Rainer in the Betulin Family Apartment. This corner apartment has great views and lots of natural light. Barbara and Alex were wonderful hosts. Being there in October is a great time with fewer people and lovely fall colors. It was an easy short walk to the village. The hikes here are beautiful and easy to access. I highly recommend the Villa Rainier."
