I was very satisfied with my stay. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and the room was clean and hygienic. I've stayed here several times now, and it's always great. The laundry room has separate wet and dry areas, so you can wash and wear your clothes right away, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also delicious with a wide variety of options. There's both above-ground and underground parking, which is very convenient and spacious. It's also easy to find places to eat and attractions nearby.

Stayed for one night, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and it was cleaned promptly every day. Facilities: No smart speaker Hygiene: Yes Environment: Yes Service: Yes Wake up the taste buds | Drinking vitality Freshly ground coffee in the morning, cold ice juice in the afternoon: all very good Breakfast is not bad! Is Sasa really going to play? I don't like this feeling. I feel so boring. I really don't fit to study 📖! You're not there

This is a newly renovated hotel. It is clean and sanitary with good hardware facilities, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very good. It seems that they are going to install air conditioning on the roof on the day I stayed there, and there has been noise since I checked in. After communicating with the front desk, I was transferred to another room. The attitude of the service staff is really amazing.

The Atour Hotel in Shenyang's Shenbei University Town Wanda Plaza consistently delivers Atour's signature quality; the overall experience was impeccable. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Wanda commercial district, making travel easy. The environment is elegant and quiet, with a strong scholarly design ambiance. The lobby, guest rooms, and public areas are spotless. The rooms have excellent natural light, soft and skin-friendly bedding, and superb soundproofing, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The front desk service was exceptionally warm. Check-in was efficient and quick, with hot tea offered upon arrival. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, proactively explaining the hotel's amenities, and responding promptly to any requests, making me feel completely at home throughout my stay. The dining was an added bonus; the breakfast offered a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. There was a live noodle station, local Northeastern snacks, baked goods, whole grains, and beverages – all made with fresh ingredients and delicious. There were plenty of options for an early morning meal. The 'Late Night Porridge' service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM every night was a delightful surprise. The freshly simmered millet porridge was warm and comforting, paired with refreshing small dishes and steamed dim sum. A hot bowl of porridge after a late return perfectly eased my fatigue; every detail showed thoughtful care. The environment, service, and other details were all meticulously considered, offering incredible value for money. This hotel is my top choice for business trips or leisure in Shenbei, and I will definitely stay here again!

Location bit far from town but can access by metro not far from hotel.there are so many restorant near and also night market food along the way to metro.

The mattress feels a bit hard, the temperature environment is OK, quieter. The morning is relatively simple. Playing in the water is very close.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with good soundproofing. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. It would be even better if there were disinfectant wipes for the toilet. Environment: Right next to Shenyang Normal University. I'm here for my postgraduate entrance exam, sigh. Service: Good, warm, and friendly.
