Waitan Intercontinental Hotel
8,9 (342 κριτική)

Waitan Intercontinental Hotel ★★★

📍 No. 96 Jiangbin East Road, Σουντσάνγκ

"Given Shunchang's average price, this hotel's service, facilities, and food are completely mismatched. In short, it's a fake "InterContinental." I chose the so-called Supreme Deluxe Suite, which had numerous problems. 1. The hotel lacks charging stations; the nearest one is 2km across the stream. 2. The Supreme Deluxe Suite only has a small sofa lounge with a sloping roof. The windows are unevenly spaced and lack even a smart window opener. The toiletries are completely unavailable, like a wholesale store. 3. No welcome fruit, no tea, nothing at all. Only 1+2 Nestle drinks, something you wouldn't find in budget hotels. 4. The breakfast was mediocre: no bread, no cake, 2 pieces of fruit, various staples, and greasy, salty, and spicy vegetables. 5. No gym... The first-floor lobby only has a tea table (someone I don't know who's using it) and a very low water dispenser... The hotel didn't even bother to go to a Home Inn for a night to check out the coffee machine... 6... I forget what was missing, but I couldn't find anything."

Waitan Intercontinental Hotel ★★★
"The guest next door was able to use their room card to access my room while I was changing. I called the front desk, but when I went there, I was told no one was there. I later insisted on watching the security footage and discovered the whole story. First, after I informed the front desk, they irresponsibly insisted that no one had entered my room. Second, the hotel showed no commitment or sincerity in handling customer complaints. I advise everyone: you spend money to consume. If they can't even guarantee the most basic safety, how can they regard our safety?"
