When I questioned this, I was told they only provide mattresses—directly contradicting what was agreed upon at check-in. It took **three separate phone calls** and a lot of unnecessary insistence on my part before they finally provided the actual bed. A guest should not have to fight for basic amenities that they have already paid for. **2. Poor Maintenance & Safety Issues** The swimming pool area is poorly maintained.
