Το προσωπικό του μέτωπου ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο να μας συμβουλεύει πού να πάμε για δείπνο, πού να πάμε για βόλτες, και ήταν γενικά πολύ φιλικό και καλοδεχούμενο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ τυπικό, αλλά το αναμένετε με μια ηπειρωτική υπηρεσία. " αίθουσα που είχαμε, η οποία ήταν τυπικό, ήταν τεράστια με ένα μεγάλο κρεβάτι, ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο, μια περιοχή καθημερινού/αλμυρού και ένα μπαλκόνι - είχαμε πολύ χώρο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις του spa ήταν επίσης απίστευτες. Έχει σάουνα, ατμό, δωμάτιο χαλάρωσης, δωμάτιο μασάζ, εξωτερική μπανιέρα/ζεστό πισίνα/κανονική πισίνα. Υπήρχαν πολλές επιλογές για τις εγκαταστάσεις του spa - ειδικά μετά από πολλή μέρα περπάτημα, τέλειο να επιστρέψουμε. "Just what we wanted…. A stylish unpretentious high quality hotel with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Massive compliments to the chef who prepared almost a Michelin level meals daily. Perfect location for our hiking holiday in Sieser Alm. Excellent transport links to Ortesei, Bolzano and many other places. Only wish we had had more time to relax by the pool ( we did a lot of walking). This is an Italian hotel with a lot of German speaking guests. Hotel staff speak enough English for British guests with small vocabulary of German to manage. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you do as we did and forget USB chargers they sell them near the checkout in Despar opposite!"

"From the email saying they had hiking poles for us that we could use, to the warm, welcoming greeting we received, to the delicious snacks at 'happy hour', to the delicious breakfast and incredible views, and most importantly, the friendly, kind attentive service, this hotel is TOPS! Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με αρκετό χώρο για να ξεπακετάρουμε τα πράγματά μας. "When we arrived at La Paula, our stay exceeded all our expectations and it was perfect for a family stay. The room was very spacious and plenty of room for myself, husband and 1 year old daughter. The breakfast was amazing, the selection was delicious and there was even an a la carte menu that you could order from to have a dish freshly cooked. The staff were amazing too, so accommodating and friendly. La Paula amenities had everything you can ask for. The Wellness area was the perfect place to decompress and relax after a day of exploring. The apartments were also in a great a location. We were super close for exploring the famous Alpe Du Suiss spot. Thanks for everything again, we will be back very soon!"
