"The location of this hotel is really not to pick! Located in the city center, the bus stop is at the door, and it is super convenient to take a taxi. You can walk to Ningchun City in a few minutes. You can eat, go shopping, watch movies and have everything you need. You don’t have a place to spend your evening.
I stayed in a family room, the space is very spacious, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and I don't think about it when I lie down. The hot water comes out very fast, the water temperature is stable, and I enjoy taking a bath in winter. The breakfast is quite rich and the taste is quite satisfactory, but there is a small problem: when the weather is cold, the food is not enough to keep warm, and some dishes are easy to cool.
There are two areas that can be improved during this Spring Festival stay:
The number of washing machines in the laundry room is too small, and it takes a long time to wait during peak periods.
During the Spring Festival, the laundry room was unmanaged, and other guests did not queue up to use it directly, and the experience was discounted.
Overall, the location and room hardware are the biggest highlights. If the service details can be strengthened, it will be more recommended. I hope the hotel can pay attention to the order management of the laundry room, especially during the holidays."

"The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services at the high-speed rail station and passenger terminal. The lady is very enthusiastic and cheerful, and the afternoon tea and breakfast are good. Very close to Silver Beach, just a few minutes walk.
Service: The overall service is very good. The lady was very patient in solving the problems we encountered. The afternoon tea ☕️ prepared tasted good. Later, when we didn't have time to dine in the restaurant, the guy quickly helped us pack our luggage and took a taxi to the bus station. We extended our lease for one night and did some laundry, and the guy helped us dry and send them back to the room. Basically, he tried his best to respond to anything we asked.
Environment: It has a southern French style, very beautiful. The overall feeling of the homestay is very artistic. It is even more beautiful when the lights are on at night. The soft furnishings and accessories are very attentive. I think I will be very happy to work here.
Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. The B&B encourages people to walk barefoot in the bedroom (not mandatory). The overall material texture is very comfortable, but we are not used to walking barefoot, so we still change into slippers in the house. When we went there, we only stayed for a few minutes because we had changed rooms, and we saw the aunt re-tidying up the place.
Facilities: There are swimming pools, lawns and even a children's play area. I looked at the toys and it seemed pretty good. I wanted to take a bath later, so when I asked the lady if she had a disposable bath bag, she also gave me a bath salt ball. She was so thoughtful~🫰"

There is an altitude pool restaurant on the 26th floor of the hotel. At night, you can enjoy the night view while dining. The Southeast Asian flavor is very positive and the restaurant decoration is very emotional. There are multiple bars and cafes downstairs, very petty.
Hotel service is very good. We also upgraded the room.

"The decoration is really beautiful😻. We were upgraded when we arrived. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and I like the room type very much. There is also a terrace. GGuest UserI came to Beihai to book Haile B&B with my friends during the summer vacation. I have stayed a few times before. The room is very clean and tidy. My favorite is that the sofa is large and can sleep on the sofa. The bedding is pure cotton and very comfortable. The boss is very favorable. The price let us book this 27th floor. You can see the sea view room, the homestay is very close to the sea! Less than 2 minutes downstairs to the beach, very close to the sea plank road! When the sea is low, you can also go to the sea to dig snails. I am very happy to stay! Later, Beihai chose here! highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was cloudy for three consecutive days when we came to Weizhou Island, so we couldn't play many marine activities, but staying in the hotel was also a good choice. The housekeeper Jing was very patient, and the small restaurant he recommended was also delicious. He accompanied us to check in at all the must-see attractions without any urging, and helped us pick seafood to take back to the hotel for processing in the afternoon (the mantis shrimp was much bigger than the one in Beihai Hotel, and there were some with roe). Next time when the weather is good, I will choose Sanjing Yingyun to go to sea to watch whales in Weizhou Island!

The layout of the sea view room was a bit awkward; the hallway faced the sea directly, while the room had an oblique view. Perhaps because it's the only five-star hotel on the island, and newly opened during the peak Chinese New Year season, there were a lot of guests, and the hotel seemed a bit inexperienced. Check-in took a long time, and housekeeping struggled to keep up. For a hotel that's only been open for just over a month, this is understandable.
Now, about the hotel service – it was truly exceptional. I got injured on my first day, and the hotel's wheelchair was my companion for four whole days. On the last day, right before boarding the ship, the hotel even arranged a special car transfer, and the wheelchair stayed with me until I cleared security and was dropped off at the pier by their thoughtful car. I have to give the hotel a huge thumbs up!
The hotel also partners with a car rental company. While their prices are higher, they're the only company on the island that offers insurance for electric scooters. On my first day, I rented an electric scooter and, less than 4 hours later, I crashed it due to my own error. I figured I'd have to pay for the damage. Instead, the rental company owner immediately drove me to the island's hospital and accompanied me. While waiting, they even refunded my entire deposit without question, and said if my injuries were serious, I could claim insurance.
Despite some unfortunate incidents during my Weizhou Island trip, I will definitely be back! And next time, I'll still choose Angsana!
