"We stayed at the hotel for three nights last Thursday with our little one, and overall, we were extremely satisfied. The hotel is beautifully situated on the Fuchun River, nestled by mountains and water. Opening the window reveals stunning river views and distant mountains, offering a wide and open panorama. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were thoughtfully designed, featuring an indoor heated pool, a children's splash pool, and a small kids' play area – our child didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local Tonglu specialties. We especially want to commend our butler, Lingli, for her meticulous and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, we received fresh fruit, and when we checked out, she even prepared a small souvenir gift for us to take home, which our child absolutely adored. This was a fantastic family vacation experience, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located in the city center and has complete facilities, including a restaurant and a card room. After a long day at work, you can enjoy a foot massage and then relax for the night. The hotel is quiet at night, and the rooms are very clean. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended!"

"You can feel the ultimate vacation vibe just by looking at the pictures. The entire mountain belongs to Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu, surrounded by a lake on three sides. Staying here feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese landscape painting, with absolutely stunning scenery! On the way there, we had a minor mishap—a flat tire. My mood was initially quite low. But as soon as we arrived at the hotel, the concierge's thoughtful care instantly swept away the gloom. They truly empathized with our anxiety and enthusiastically recommended a partnered chain repair shop, even reminding me to compare prices. In the end, we got the car fixed in the mountains and could finally start our vacation. During our stay, we felt the hotel's genuine attention to detail in every aspect. The welcome fruit platter featured over a dozen premium selections, along with pastries, pistachios, and the first round of the mini-bar was complimentary. Upon learning it was our anniversary, they even placed a huge, freshly made cream cake in the fridge – no perfunctory gestures here. What's even more impressive is that the service was attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance. From the front desk to the guest rooms and the restaurant, everyone we encountered demonstrated excellent and elegant service. I'm now a huge fan of Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu! The hardware is also top-notch. With only 79 guest rooms, all are suites and incredibly spacious. The shower pressure is amazing, the bedding is comfortable, making for an excellent stay. The public areas also offer a lot to do; both the outdoor infinity pool and indoor pool are aesthetically pleasing. The concierge will even recommend taking a buggy to the viewing platform in the villa area – definitely go, the mountain and lake views are breathtakingly speechless. The dining is also exceptionally good. Breakfast offers a moderate variety, but excels in its daily rotation of freshly made featured noodles, with the freshly fried dough sticks being particularly amazing—it's all about the exquisite quality. The Chinese restaurant for dinner is outstanding, with high-quality ingredients. Although the prices are a bit on the high side, the dining vouchers provided for hotel guests make it quite reasonable. This two-day vacation was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, elevating Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu to my personal Top 3 hotels in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region! Highly recommended!"

"This place is nice, but i would not consider it a hotel. It’s somewhere in between a B&B and a hotel. The rooms are pretty ok in size and come with balconies, the aircon is strong enough for the hot summer days. However, be prepared to be far from any food or drink delivery! It is really remote. It has a great view, although they tell you they have a hotspring it is man-made u could just order the room with a bathtub it will be similar, and not need to pay 500rmb for it.  The in-house food is not bad, I would recommend to order one day in advance. They also offer for 500rmb, barbecue services which i think is outrageous as it does not include food cost. The beds in the room are very very uncomfortable. If u have a bad back, just go for the international starred hotels. They have huge big insects coming in at night, do be careful not to let any of them in at night."
