"I wholeheartedly recommend the Tonglu Junyue Hotel! The first-rate Fuchun River view is absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-equipped. The front desk service was attentive and warm; they even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for a stroll along the riverside. The check-in experience was great, and it offers good value for money. It deserves five stars, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tonglu."

"Booked a two-night stay in a log cabin duplex suite and was lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom villa with a tatami tea room. It was just perfect for our family of four. The hotel is built into the mountain, offering a pleasant environment and excellent facilities. Our butler, Jingjing, was attentive and responsible, providing a perfect service experience. We look forward to visiting again!"

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights last Thursday with our little one, and overall, we were extremely satisfied. The hotel is beautifully situated on the Fuchun River, nestled by mountains and water. Opening the window reveals stunning river views and distant mountains, offering a wide and open panorama. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were thoughtfully designed, featuring an indoor heated pool, a children's splash pool, and a small kids' play area – our child didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local Tonglu specialties. We especially want to commend our butler, Lingli, for her meticulous and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, we received fresh fruit, and when we checked out, she even prepared a small souvenir gift for us to take home, which our child absolutely adored. This was a fantastic family vacation experience, highly recommended!"

"The hotel service was excellent! They proactively upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite, which was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The view of the Fuchun River from the window was unobstructed, and it was super convenient being close to a commercial area with plenty of dining options. It would be even better if the facilities were smarter. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a riverside view. I booked a standard room, and the hotel upgraded me to a higher floor and provided complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The river view room also offered a great view, with the Fuchun River stretching out before me. The distant mountains, dark and picturesque, complemented the calm river waters beautifully. However, the hotel windows need cleaning, as there were many stains on the outer panes, which affected the view. Overall, it was still very good. The hotel decor is grand, with a strong Portuguese-Macanese style. The facilities are showing signs of age and need maintenance soon, otherwise, they won't match the overall high-end aesthetic. The overall value for money is quite high, I recommend staying here!"

"You can feel the ultimate vacation vibe just by looking at the pictures. The entire mountain belongs to Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu, surrounded by a lake on three sides. Staying here feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese landscape painting, with absolutely stunning scenery! On the way there, we had a minor mishap—a flat tire. My mood was initially quite low. But as soon as we arrived at the hotel, the concierge's thoughtful care instantly swept away the gloom. They truly empathized with our anxiety and enthusiastically recommended a partnered chain repair shop, even reminding me to compare prices. In the end, we got the car fixed in the mountains and could finally start our vacation. During our stay, we felt the hotel's genuine attention to detail in every aspect. The welcome fruit platter featured over a dozen premium selections, along with pastries, pistachios, and the first round of the mini-bar was complimentary. Upon learning it was our anniversary, they even placed a huge, freshly made cream cake in the fridge – no perfunctory gestures here. What's even more impressive is that the service was attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance. From the front desk to the guest rooms and the restaurant, everyone we encountered demonstrated excellent and elegant service. I'm now a huge fan of Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu! The hardware is also top-notch. With only 79 guest rooms, all are suites and incredibly spacious. The shower pressure is amazing, the bedding is comfortable, making for an excellent stay. The public areas also offer a lot to do; both the outdoor infinity pool and indoor pool are aesthetically pleasing. The concierge will even recommend taking a buggy to the viewing platform in the villa area – definitely go, the mountain and lake views are breathtakingly speechless. The dining is also exceptionally good. Breakfast offers a moderate variety, but excels in its daily rotation of freshly made featured noodles, with the freshly fried dough sticks being particularly amazing—it's all about the exquisite quality. The Chinese restaurant for dinner is outstanding, with high-quality ingredients. Although the prices are a bit on the high side, the dining vouchers provided for hotel guests make it quite reasonable. This two-day vacation was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, elevating Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu to my personal Top 3 hotels in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a five-minute drive straight from the Tonglu highway exit. The front desk service was great; they even offered to add me on WeChat so I could contact them anytime if I needed anything. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, and in the evening, they even offered white fungus stewed with red dates at the front desk. Thumbs up to the hotel! 👍"

"The hotel is in the city center. Sun Li, the front desk staff, has a very good service attitude and sent a children's breakfast. The room is good and there is an open-air movie in the evening. The breakfast is rich and varied. There are many restaurants around and the transportation is convenient. It is about 15 minutes drive from Daqishan National Forest Park."

"We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!"

"With school starting soon and us not having had the chance to take the kids on a summer trip, we decided to visit Tonglu for some water fun. We initially thought about river tracing and OMG, but then found out that Kaiyuan Senbo also opened in Tonglu! The best part was that the package only cost an extra 200 this weekend, so I quickly booked it with a friend's family. The hotel is relatively new, and the room facilities are very modern. We were lucky enough to be assigned a corner room, which came with a huge terrace and a 90-degree panoramic view! 😁 The 3-in-1 shower faucet was excellent, with very stable water temperature control. All the parent-child facilities were also well-equipped. The only minor drawback was that the toilet still didn't have an electric bidet seat, which feels a bit outdated. The day before check-in, our butler, Kele, already added us on WeChat. She arranged everything for us during our stay and was always available when we needed her. She regularly checked in on us and our needs, responding quickly. Even though the hotel was fully booked on our check-out day, she went out of her way to get us a late check-out until 2 PM. She even prepared a small gift for our child (who loved the building blocks!). This is truly the best butler service I've experienced in recent years! I'd give it 5 stars and then some! 😁 We woke up late for breakfast, arriving at the restaurant around 9 AM. There was a line at the entrance, but we only waited about 10 minutes before getting a table. The breakfast selection was quite rich, with many local snacks and plenty of options for kids. The staff were also very enthusiastic and responsible, making for a great experience. Other hotel services were also on point. The water park gets a big thumbs up! I also want to commend the entire service team. In an environment where things are often done half-heartedly, the service attitude across dining, entertainment, front desk, and housekeeping was absolutely top-notch! It's not easy, and I hope they keep it up! 👍"
