The location is convenient, with a lively street full of restaurants downstairs, especially at night. "HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹."

"Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!"

"I booked this hotel for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival and was incredibly impressed! Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic. It even had a bathtub, and they thoughtfully provided a disposable liner so I could soak worry-free. They also offered a foot spa tub with herbal sachets. The suite was huge, and to my surprise, the bathroom offered panoramic views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – absolutely stunning. It wasn't until the second day that I discovered the bed was an electric adjustable bed, allowing me to find the perfect position to watch TV. All in all, it was a truly delightful experience. For this price, enjoying such a suite was amazing. I've stayed in places over 1000 yuan in other major cities, and none compared to this. It rained during my two-day stay, and the hotel even provided an umbrella, which was a very considerate touch. I had planned to switch hotels for the next two days, but seeing how great this one was, I promptly extended my stay for another two nights. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Xi'an. **Location Convenience**: The hotel boasts an excellent location, super close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy. You can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda right from the window, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is just a short walk away. It's also very near Xi'an Film Studio. There's even a bus stop for tours to the Terracotta Army Museum. Next door to the hotel, there's a convenience store, Wei Jia Liang Pi (cold noodles) is open 24 hours, and Old Li's Biangbiang Noodles and Old Ma's Paomo (bread in mutton soup) are all nearby – super convenient! **Room Facilities and Cleanliness**: The room facilities are modern and well-equipped, including smart voice control and a separate wet/dry bathroom area. The overall decor is modern and minimalist, with attention paid to every detail. **High Value for Money**: The customer service is excellent, and it offers exceptional value for money. Especially during peak tourist season, the hotel maintains high service standards and reasonable prices, making it a top-notch choice."

"This hotel has a very old-money vibe, with a predominantly Chinese-style decor. This time, I checked in at the lounge, and the overall experience was great. The ladies at the lounge were very professional. Both the morning and evening views had their own unique charm. The room itself was entirely Chinese-themed, and the atrium on the B1 floor had a wonderful ambiance. It's surrounded by Grand Joy City and the Sleepless City, so the facilities are comprehensive. There's direct access to a Starbucks Reserve from downstairs, which is very convenient."

"Highly recommend! It's been a long time since I've given a hotel such a positive review. First, let's talk about the location: Longshouyuan subway station is right downstairs, and it's just three stops to Gulou. Right around the corner when you exit the hotel, there's a food street with all kinds of eateries, including Sanbao BBQ and Lao Jiao Smoked Meat Pancakes. Wei Jia, a chain restaurant, is also across the street. As for Novotel's quality, it goes without saying—it's excellent. What's truly outstanding is the laundry room on the 26th floor. There's staff there who help with washing and drying, and even deliver your laundry right to your door. This really took a lot of stress off our shoulders, especially traveling with kids in this hot weather."

"This hotel is absolutely worth a special mention! First off, the location is excellent, with convenient transport links. The accompanying garden is truly unique in Xi'an. The public areas are grand and spacious, and even though it's not a tall building, it has four elevators. Our room itself was fantastic – great size, layout, natural light, and a lovely view, truly feeling like a suite. But the most outstanding highlight is their service. From the doormen and front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. Any request we had was addressed immediately. We had arranged for a twin bed setup beforehand, and it was all ready when we arrived, which was very thoughtful! Specifically, on our last day, our museum plans changed, and we couldn't get back to the hotel in time for checkout. We spoke to the front desk, and they graciously extended our checkout time on two separate occasions. As an extra touch, the hotel breakfast offers small bowls of *paomo* (a local specialty), which was a nice little bonus."

The room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. With a residential area behind, it was also very quiet. The front desk lady was very patient, meticulous, and offered warm, thoughtful service. This hotel is super convenient for families traveling with children. Five-star rating, highly recommended!!!"
