The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

The guaranteed hotel found in Cappadocia is not in the town of Goreme, but in the town of Erjupu, 10 minutes drive from Goreme. It is a very quiet and convenient town. It is not so commercial, but it can feel the local customs. The most important thing is that the boss has studied Chinese at Xiamen University and married his wife in Xiamen. There is no obstacle to communication. It is too convenient for me who is not very good in English. I have set a day trip on the Green Line, hot air balloon, and ATV to watch the sunset. Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, the breakfast was also very good. Suitable for couples and friends. The room wasn't as damp or uncomfortable as I expected. I stayed for four days and still felt it was great. Suitable for those who rent a car and travel independently. I was so lucky to have booked such a good hotel.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I arrived early in the morning, despite this, I was given a room much earlier than the time and I was able to watch from the watching ground behind the floating balloons. The hotel itself seems to be a small town located at different levels.Basin with cheeslons, restaurant, breakfast room. Comfortable rooms,the hotel provides a full set of bathing facilities,fent,vapor utensil,coffee,tea. Very comfortable bed with a high mattress. Breakfast with a lot of selection of quality products. Attention staff. I can only add that I felt like a princess 😁

Unforgettable rest, stunning views and spiritual hospitality! We really liked the Rose Cave Hotel! The rooms are incredibly atmospheric, with old furniture and special color. The views are just fairy tale. A separate thank you to the host of the hotel very friendly, friendly and responsive person thanks to whom we felt like home. We sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel the real magic atmosphere of Cappadocia!

We stayed at this hotel for one day and had a holiday that exceeded our expectations. The facilities provided by the hotel and the attentive service of the staff are really great. I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Demet Hanım and her team as well as the rest of the staff who made us feel special and never lacked in sincerity and friendliness. Additionally, the food was excellent; varied and delicious choices at every meal. Especially the open buffet and restaurant provided a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the overall vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing an environment where you can relax and enjoy every moment.
