"I stayed here temporarily because of the snowstorm. The small town of Reno has a unique style. The hotel rooms are comfortable and sanitary. It is very easy to get there after getting off the highway. The parking lot is very large. Breakfast can be eaten outdoors. There is a community outside the room, and you can see locals walking their dogs. It is recommended to stay here"

"I spent two nights at the Holiday Inn Express, Sparks Marina in August. They held their grand opening while there. Being new there they had some glitches but the friendly staff and amazing General Manager,Eric Swanson, they made my stay a great experience! There was no coffee maker in my room as they have a 24-hour coffee bar. However, the GM kindly brought me up my very own Keurig to use while there. Definitely above and beyond! Being new, the hotel is spotless and highly recommend. Shout out to Harmony at the front desk. What a peacn!"

Όταν φτάσαμε και πήραμε ένα δωμάτιο στον πρώτο όροφο, διαπιστώσαμε ότι το εξωτερικό παράθυρο του στάθμευσης ήταν ανοιχτό και θα μπορούσε εύκολα να επιτρέψει σε κάποιον να μπει. Η συντήρηση το έφτιαξε, αλλά ήταν λίγο δυσάρεστο. Όλα τα άλλα ήταν καλά και το πρωινό μπουφέ ήταν πολύ καλό. Υπήρχε μια πρόσθετη επιβάρυνση στην πιστωτική μου κάρτα για $22.00, που δεν εξήγησε και που ήταν ενοχλητικό. Θα μείνω εκεί πάλι, όμως, καθώς οι αναφερόμενες δυσφορίες δεν ήταν δυσανάλογες. Η υπηρεσία πελατών στο ρεσεψιόν και η οικιακή υπηρεσία ήταν πολύ καλή."
