"Absolutely delightful one night stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are so comfortable. The airconditioning was the best I had in my two week stay in Italy (and 100% needed because of course I was there when it was unseasonably sweltering). There was a wonderful couple in the room next to me whose names are even on the door plate. They told me they are there often and would never stay anywhere else. Breakfast was very good. Parking was on site. Location is very close to one of the parking structures that connects to the Spoleto moving walkways."

"We went to the New Year's Eve dinner on December 31, 2023. The food was really poorly prepared, using cheap, low-quality ingredients. The entertainment was also ridiculous, to say the least. It's strange, because we've had a great time there before."

"Great service and very clean. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast, nice appetizers before dinner served in lobby/bar area. My only challenge was the shower. Water spilled out through cracks in door, leaving so much water all over the floor. Great location and would happily return."
