"Excellent value for money! Great location 4 min walk from subway station and 2 minutes walk from bus stop. Clean bathroom, toilets and powder room despite its high occupancy during new year eve and long weekend. Friendly English speaking staffs at reception , Breakfast, towels, slippers and safety box with key are provided free. There are face cleansing products and face lotion provided in shower and powder room too. Many k-beauty products are available to try for free on request basis , I tried the collagen machine for free as well. Overall I’d rate it 9.5 over 10. It’d be good if check out time can be extended to 11am and breakfast time to 10.30am."

"As Toyoko Inn standard in Japan, it could be access by 2 train stations: Dome-Mae Chiyozaki (Metro) and Taisho (Metro and JR). The room is small but enough to only stay after you travel in Osaka. Breakfast is good enough to make you ready for travel. There are AEON Mall and Foleo Shopping Mall closed to hotel."

"The room was small, but unlike the other two places I've stayed, the toilet and bathtub were separate, which I really liked. Even though the room was small, I could still open one large suitcase. My top priorities are water pressure and cleanliness, and this place had no flaws at all. The shower water even felt different – my hair was soft just from shampooing, and my skin felt better. It was also great that I could store my luggage after checking out."

"The hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, quite close to the subway station and tourist attractions. However, the surrounding area is a stark contrast to Japan's usual order and cleanliness, with homeless people and trash everywhere. On the bright side, the hotel itself is very clean, and having a police station directly across the street makes it feel safe. The only inconvenience is having to take the elevator all the way down to the ground floor every time you want to shower. On another note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage storage, which was a big plus."

"The location is fantastic, very close to Nihonbashi Station, and there's a FamilyMart right across the street – super convenient! I stayed in the women-only section and was lucky that there weren't many snorers, so I slept really well. You can rent bath towels, and I even did some laundry. It's shoe-free inside, so bringing disposable slippers was a smart move, especially since the wet areas were a bit damp. The locker with a key is small, but I traveled light, so I was able to store my belongings there before heading out. The fridge was empty, so I had no problem putting my drinks in. I also appreciated being able to use the tea and water dispenser in the common area with my tumbler. Getting plain miso soup was a nice bonus too! The Wi-Fi connection was perfect, and I was grateful that I could borrow an umbrella on rainy days. I'd definitely like to stay here again!"

"This location was my last of my trip in japan and it left me a very good impression. I got to talk with various types of people and the owner is very friendly too. He is very efficient in the way he manages this hostel and it is admirable. As per usual, hostels in japan really never disappoint, the layout of this hostel is like living in an actual Japanese house remodelled into a co-living space for 10, you can tell from the kitchen and the bathroom, it was clean, very lovely and homey. There is also a very nice nearby park where many locals do their routines like cycling, running, camping. It was very enjoyable to observe the lifestyle there, I also went to the onsen 18 minutes away by walking. I would say this location is a lovely experience especially for understanding a little of the local's every day life. Plus, a great stay to meet all sorts of travellers. And the owner is lovely to talk to, I love it here, I'll come back again if I can! The tomato theme is just part of the appeal! Aesthetic and comfortable, there's a tomato room at lv3 haha he said over 100+ tomato themed collections!"

"Excellent! It's incredibly well-equipped with all the essentials. Most of the other guests were young and very considerate. The bathroom was spotless, and a washing machine and kitchen are available. The shared facilities are comprehensive. Highly recommended."

"The location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM)."

"I stayed for a total of 13 nights. The hotel is very close to Dobutsuen-mae, which makes it extremely convenient. The room is small, but since it’s a private room, it’s perfectly fine. The room, toilet, and shower areas are clean and well maintained. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay."
