"Such a nice hostel!! The staff and the other travellers are so friendly. Free luggage storage. Free breakfast was top notch!!! Their kitchen for travellers was small and had a microwave, kettle, fridge and utensils. The rooms were nice and big. Bathrooms were seperate from the rooms but showers had their own enclosed cubicle which was great!"

"This hotel isn't considered expensive for Zurich. The room was small, but triple rooms are hard to find in Zurich, and it was clean enough. The toilet in the room was inexplicably high. Also, the hotel explicitly states that you can't use a kettle in the room to boil water, which is also strange. Other than that, a light rail station is right outside the hotel, and it's a 10-minute ride to Zurich HB."

"You could say it's good value for money. It's fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer. The room only has a bed, but it was clean. The biggest problem is definitely the lack of air conditioning, which means you absolutely cannot stay here from May onwards – you won't be able to sleep due to the heat, there's only a fan."

"1. Couldn't check in by scanning the QR code. Don't worry, there's a manual front desk diagonally opposite where you can get your keys. 2. The elevator is always breaking down, which is really inconvenient for people with large luggage. 3. There's no air conditioning, just a small electric fan. 4. The facilities in the room are quite basic, but it's super close to the station, so I'll put up with it."

"Location is good. Aldi, Migros, Coop nearby. Tramstop nearby 3 mins walk with suitcase. Easy self-checkin & checkout. My room (Basic Room) is quite big indeed, where I can open 3 or 4 suitcases on the floor. But only 1 small table and 1 stool in the room, you have to pack or put your things on the floor or on the bed. I don't mind at all noises during night time. But if you need to have complete slience to sleep, beware that you may hear laughters from people in the street and noise of car pass by, from time to time. The drainage pipe in my room is not perfectly set, there are some unpleasant smell in the washroom. I stayed 2 days here. The lift was working but the lights was out of order. I take the lift in dark. But the lift is well repaired the next day. Efficient reaction time. Appreciated. Overall, I"

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marta. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Zurich and close to everything, making it very easy to explore the city. The service was great, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in; she was very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome. The room itself was clean and simple, though it didn’t have air conditioning. We had to slightly open the window for ventilation, which was manageable. We requested a higher floor, but I think because we also requested two single beds, we were assigned a lower floor instead. Not a big issue, but something to note. Breakfast was very minimal in terms of options. If you have the choice, it might be better to skip the breakfast and try some of the many nearby cafes instead. Overall, Hotel Marta is a good, no-fuss option if you want to stay in a central and convenient location in Zurich with friendly service."

"Wonderful hostel. Clean, comfortable, with a wide bed, and all the necessities provided – water, clean towels, and a locker for luggage. The location is also excellent, right next to the Old Town and the train station. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I was assigned a room with air conditioning, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. There's no elevator, which was a bit inconvenient with luggage. It's close to the train station and offers self-check-in. You need a room card for entry and exit, so security feels pretty good. The surrounding scenery is also quite nice."
