"We had a great stay and felt it offered excellent value for money. The accommodation had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to Baoguo Temple, which made it easy to start our hike to Mount Emei directly from there. The host spoke English very well, was very kind, and shared many helpful tips and information. The room had all the necessary amenities. We had booked a comfort room but seemed to receive a basic queen room instead. However, the room was still fine and we had a great stay overall."

"The location is convenient; it's easy to find places to eat, shop, and take public transportation. It's also very convenient to go to Mount Emei early in the morning. The guesthouse owner provides excellent service, and the surrounding environment is very quiet at night. They initially booked the wrong room but were kindly assisted in changing it."

"The Emei Mountain Floating Light Lake Hotel is truly awesome with its contemporary design, aesthetically pleasing with an ambience atmosphere, well equipped and immaculate with complimentary wholesome breakfasts and welcome fruits, we especially like the nutritious Pipa (loquats) bought by Chen Sifu.. Many Thanks Indeed to Chen Sifu for his amiable and super enthusiastic who provided us with necessary information and chauffeured us back and forth ie. Emei high speed train station / Emeishan station.. as well as bring us to enjoyed the authentic local cuisine.. "This place has everything you need and offers excellent value for money. The service was great, and they even stored my luggage until the next day. The owner gave me really practical advice. I originally planned to hike from Baoguo Temple to Golden Summit, which is about 27 kilometers. But after listening to their advice, I started from Wuxiangang and hiked to Leidongping, which was about 16.6 kilometers. I took the scenic bus from Baoguo Temple at 7:30 AM, arrived at Wuxiangang at 8 AM, then hiked into the scenic area via Qingyinge, through the Ninety-Nine Bends, to Xianfeng Temple, Jiulinggang, and Xixiangchi. I finally reached Leidongping close to 7 PM. I was at my limit and couldn't climb anymore, so it was perfect timing to check in."

"I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart. A family-run hotel, managed by a father and his daughter, who speaks English! The room was large, bright, and SUPER CLEAN. It was equipped with all personal hygiene products and had fast Wi-Fi, available both in common areas and individually in each room. The room had air conditioning, a TV, and very soft bed sheets. The father is extraordinarily kind, and the daughter helped me in many ways. As a solo traveler, the owner's daughter allowed me to better understand the local culture, explaining Buddhist culture and the unique features of the Baoguo Temple to me. First, I advise everyone to book the tourist bus to the peak of Mount Emeishan in advance, because tickets can sell out (as happened to me). The girl at reception was kind enough to help me purchase the ticket, making herself available to accompany me to resolve the issue. The language barrier was NOT a problem, so I advise all foreign guests to rely on this hotel. The price paid was very low, which leads the hotel to get a full 5/5. I understand why they earned all those awards; it is definitely a hotel I would return to. The location is an additional advantage of this hotel, just a one-minute walk from the ticket office and the tourist bus station that will take you to the top of the mountain. Furthermore, they also offered me a free transfer service to the train station"

"Advantages: convenient transportation, many buses from the high-speed rail station; many eating around; the room is very clean; personal cleaning utensils are complete, disposable towels are available for multiple; bottled water is free. Needs to be improved: some lights in the room are bad and very dark; there is no socket at the bedside, and the mobile phone is inconvenient to charge; The toilet smells bad."

"I don’t get the oustanding rating and here are my reasons. -even though it’s located around 250m from the entrance of the baoguo temple,nobody we asked seemed to know the place because it’s located in a cul de sac at the end of other buildings. Trip indication is incorrect and apparently never been updated after the owner clarification. The boss and lady are very friendly and nice but the hotel needs some renovation. The damaged cooorifor floor are taped and the carpet is the room is obviously well used ,same as the wallpaper.Amendities are enough  and WiFi is working. Breakfast is limited but the worse is the soundproofing being woke at 5h30 by people walking upstairs,and the weird noises of the water or flushing pipes as the doors being closed without consideration. Can be a great place  with some updates."

"The staff were really friendly and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The food we ordered from downstairs was also quite good. In the morning, someone would even give us a wake-up call to watch the sunrise. The room itself was nice, with two queen-sized beds, and they didn't limit the number of guests. For the three adults in our group, they even provided each of us with a bread and a bottle of milk. The bedding was clean and odorless. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. We got a room with a squat toilet, and the shower area was tiny. We couldn't find any ventilation, so after using the toilet, we had to open the room door to air it out."

"I have lived in so many, the most perfect store, mainly by the service of the front desk lady to be moved, people are beautiful, and enthusiastic. Give me the pastries she has not moved, ask her if she has a lighter, she will take the initiative to send it to the room in a while, really tears, conscience good store! ! The boss is really lucky to invite such a young lady."

"The family room was incredibly spacious, and the one I booked even had a balcony with a distant view of Mount Emei. The room was well-stocked with all the necessary amenities, so there was no need to worry. You can easily grab dinner downstairs – I highly recommend trying the various wild vegetables, they're delicious! Also, be sure to sample the local tea; during a trip, it's easy to get run down, but a tea called Sanjiang tea can instantly relieve any discomfort. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters' walk from the sightseeing bus stop."
