"I stayed here because I was taking the high-speed train. The room was very spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it! It's also very close to Puer Station. Since I was driving, they were kind enough to let me leave my car keys at the front desk when I returned the rental car. Parking was super convenient too! Highly recommended!"

The small table in the room is a bit unstable and wobbles a little. The pillows on the bed are too high; my head kept falling off while I was sleeping. Cleanliness: Overall, it's clean, considering it's a new guesthouse. However, I would suggest providing a dedicated shower mat in the shower room and changing it daily. This way, you can step on the mat after showering and avoid making a mess in the bathroom. Environment: The surrounding area is quite quiet, and I slept very well. Getting around by taxi is very convenient; it's a 20-30 minute walk to Simao Old Street. Service: The owner is very welcoming. In the evenings, he invites guests to have tea and chat and recommends good restaurants. A simple breakfast is prepared in the morning, including fruit, eggs, bread, yogurt, and milk."

"After staying here, I truly feel this guesthouse is fantastic! The location is superb, with all amenities nearby and close to tourist attractions. The room decor is cozy and clean, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept wonderfully every night. The owner is warm and hospitable; they not only recommended local food and sightseeing routes but also helped us arrange transportation to the Forest Park, saving us a lot of hassle. "The room was very small, and the toilet even smaller, with no separate wet and dry areas. The price was quite high, even higher than hotels in Kunming, making it the most expensive guesthouse I stayed in during my entire Yunnan trip. However, the accommodation conditions were worse than in Dali, Lijiang, Xishuangbanna, and Mile. There was no elevator; I had to carry my luggage upstairs myself. Doors were unlocked with a key, and lights and other lights had to be manually operated. Two advantages: it was very close to Daijia Lane, and the service was quite good."
