"This was my first time staying in a hostel with such spacious pods. The bottom bunk was tall enough to sit up straight, and I could even fully extend my arms without touching the top bunk! 😳 The bed frame was also very sturdy; there was no shaking at all when people on the top bunk moved around, and the blackout curtain provided great privacy. The only downside is that I wish there were regular two-pronged outlets in addition to the USB and Type C ports by the bed. The USB and Type C ports charged so slowly; my devices didn't even fully charge overnight. Other than the outlet issue, everything else was perfect!"

"The location is convenient, but this was the first time I encountered a hotel where luggage storage was only allowed until 3 PM. I had to take my bags to the train station lockers before 3 PM, which was very inconvenient. The next day, when I tried to store my luggage again, I had to ask the front desk three times before getting a response. We were the only guests there at the time, so I'm not sure if they were just pretending not to hear me or what. The pillows and bed were quite firm, making it hard to sleep. There's no fridge in the room; you have to use the communal fridge on the first floor. On the bright side, the room was spacious and had a small sofa, but I won't be staying here again."

"The location is fantastic, right next to Guohua Street, making it super convenient for food. The room was clean, and although it wasn't huge, it was perfectly adequate for two people on a domestic trip. The bathroom was also clean. However, if you have two 20-inch suitcases, it might feel a bit cramped. The only real downside is the poor soundproofing (you can hear conversations from the next room). This was especially noticeable when guests came back from clubs around 2 or 3 AM, chatting loudly, which was a bit disruptive. Oh, and the hotel is right next to a temple, so that's something to consider depending on your preferences. (By the way, the hotel does provide earplugs!) Haha~"

"Well located and clean. Sadly my room shared the same wall with the one the use to keep the keys for late check-ins so every time someone arrived, the rolling of the password would wake us up. Somehow those were thin walls."

"Important: Please bring ear plugs! the sound from street traffic is kind of echoey and loud. I went to buy some after my first night. Location is hard to beat. I got to try quite a few good eateries just by staying here. And there are street markets of different types within short walking distance. I was staying in a room on 2nd level and using the shared bathroom, but it looked like i was the the only one using it. Everything is clean and spotless, as if the place is very new. The hot/cold water dispenser at ground level is very useful. More hooks/hangers in the room for hanging clothes would be nice. The light feature above the bed and the full-length glass windows that allow natural light are very aesthetically pleasing. What was perhaps unusual and a bit unnerving - a first for me - was that i didn't see ANY person around the whole of my 4-day stay. I arrived late and had to do a self check-in on the first day so that was to be expected, but on subsequent days no staff were at reception, nor did i see any guests (though i could faintly hear them in their rooms on certain days). Is this a low season thing? Having said that, i found the self-check in and check-out is quite convenient and if you have connected with them over Whatsapp, they send clear instructions beforehand. They will also answer any questions over Whataspp, so i guess it's like a virtual receptionist?"

"The hotel's location is very convenient, but parking is not. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot. We stayed in the guesthouse building at the back, and there's no elevator, so carrying luggage up to our fourth-floor room was a hassle. The room also didn't have a refrigerator; the fridge and water dispenser were only available in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient. Upon check-in, the room floor had noticeable stains and small bits of trash! I hope they can improve their cleaning to avoid issues upon arrival."

"Excellent! It's very close to the train station and right in the city center, with lots of great food nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is spotless, and it comes with a TV, outlets, and a hairdryer."

"The room is very stylish and Japanese style. The photo is good-looking. Then the bathroom has ventilation and warm air. It is very comfortable. The toilet is also a toilet. The experience is super good. The bed is also good to sleep. There are also food and drinks. It is not far from Tainan Railway Station by taxi."

"The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and I wish the bathroom fan was stronger; it felt a bit stuffy after showering. Also, for three people, the air conditioning in the room wasn't quite cool enough. Everything else was great, and the customer service staff were all very patient and had excellent attitudes."

I received many emails explaining them, which was confusing at first, but the explanations were clear and easy to understand. Questions were answered promptly. Sorting the trash was difficult. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, a bus stop nearby, and a YOUBIKE port relatively close, which was great. It's about a 20-minute walk from Tainan Station and the airport shuttle bus stop, just within walking distance. The room was fairly clean and had everything I needed. Since they provide shared slippers, it's probably best to bring your own. Tainan was wonderful, so I might stay here again when I visit again. Thank you!"
