"This is a newly opened hotel, very clean and tidy. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are all from reputable brands, which is reassuring. The bedding is very comfortable; both the duvet and pillows are soft. There's plenty of hot water, making showers super enjoyable. The air conditioning works perfectly. It's also worth mentioning the excellent quality of the disposable items: the toothbrush is sturdy, and the toothpaste isn't hard to squeeze out like some brands. The disposable slippers even have thick soles – truly impressive! The owner and the front desk staff are all very kind and provide attentive service. The hotel is also quite close to Turpan North. Highly recommended!"

"At the entrance of the Youth Hostel is a row of mulberry trees, successfully realizing the freedom of mulberry, and eating cool! The proprietress was very enthusiastic and told us where there were small white apricots to pick. It was near the Youth Hostel. There were indeed many. There was still a little sour and the big one was very sweet! The bosses organized barbecues and invited us to eat together, a super good experience! Also lent us an electric car to facilitate our travel. Stay here next time you come to Turpan!"

"Amazing english speaking team on reception who help you plan trips in the area. Wandou the golden retriever is absolutely incredible and worth staying here for alone! Lovely common areas and cheap laundry service Dorms were a little tired feeling but the beds had curtains and shelves etc which was great. Aircon in every room which was essential in the heat though staff would come in the room frequently to turn it off and open the window, therefore letting in the heat, which meant the aircon needed to be used even more!"

The room was large and with all the necessary amenities in good condition. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't cleaned well on the first day. The staff was kind. It is possible to store your bag for free. Overall, a good option for foreigners, especially as the hotels available for them in Turpan are limited."

"The hotel was on a back street in old Turpan so it was quiet and in a pleasant area. The hotel room was good and we were upgraded for free. There is a lovely and extensive garden/patio which unfortunately we could only make minimal use because it was cold. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned every day without request and we were supplied with clean towels every day. The manager was very helpful, advising us on a number of matters, ordering a taxi for us, and permitting us to stay until 2:00 PM when we left because of a 4:00 PM train departure. The hotel provided a basic but very reasonably priced breakfast. And as all reviewers have noted, the hotel has a unique toilet."

"Amazing! I brought four elderly people to Xinjiang, and our first stop was Turpan Grape Valley. Although it wasn't harvest season, I could already imagine what it would be like when the grapes were ripe! Especially the staff's hospitality and the affordable prices! Truly a great deal! (Because I don't eat spicy food, the big plate chicken didn't look very appealing, but it tasted amazing.) The courtyard was huge, super luxurious! I hope the prices won't go up next time I bring my wife and kids! 🤣🤣🤣"

The tents, nestled in the desert, look like an ancient caravan camp from afar, but upon closer inspection, the interior reveals a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Soft carpets and understated yet sophisticated lighting create a perfect blend of desolation and comfort. In the evening, we soaked in the hot water in the open-air bath, watching the sunset paint the dunes a rouge hue. In that moment, it felt as if the entire desert whispered to us. Dinner that evening was a feast we could never have imagined. The lamb short ribs, simmered for 36 hours, are tender yet not mushy. The tendon is crisp, and the aroma of ginger and chili dances on the tongue. The ox knee is soft and flavorful, and the rich tomato sauce is like a love poem from the Western Regions. The spiced aroma of the flatbreads and roast chicken carries the flavors of merchants and travelers from thousands of years ago. I can't help but wonder if in ancient tents, kings, princes, and generals sat together, drinking tea, eating meat, and discussing the country. After dinner, we drank tea under the stars. The cool desert breeze blew against our faces, but we didn't feel cold. The stars in the sky, distant yet close, seemed like the most gentle gaze on travelers. AAnonymous UserThe hotel reception upgraded me from a room with no window to one with a small window. The room was generally new, and the disposable toiletries were of acceptable quality. However, the room smelled of smoke, the hairdryer was a bit dirty, and the ventilation holes were blocked by lint 🙈. Also, it was incredibly noisy at night; a young man was making noise in the hallway until 2 AM, and I was woken up again in the morning by music from a nearby kindergarten. I'm fed up! The reception staff were friendly, and the cleaning staff were polite. They offered free coffee refills, so overall it was pretty good. However, they need to increase patrols on the lower floors.

When I arrived at around 9:40 that night, I didn’t know why the weather in the grape ditch was already very dark that day. I saw that there was basically nothing around. I couldn’t see any consumption scenes to eat, drink and play at all, even if its design was distinctive, But he really couldn't meet my needs. GGuest UserVery unique B&B First impression: wooden pavilion, blue bricks and tiles, antique style Check-in experience: The little girl at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. I encountered a small problem when checking into the family room. After communicating with the store, she decisively changed the room and upgraded it for free. It was very heart-warming. My favorite: I like the big terrace on the second floor. It is accompanied by stars at night and shaded by ancient trees during the day. It is so comfortable to drink tea with my family.

The yard is spacious and clean. My son is very happy. He plays with kittens in the yard every day and basks in the sun with his naked butt. He really loves it. When we left, the child was reluctant to leave and said he didn't want to go home. The boss and his wife are warm and generous. There is hot tea and snacks in the yard 24 hours a day. The steamed buns and potato chips made by the boss's wife are amazing. My son eats them three times a day. When I left, the boss's wife gave me a big bag of potato chips and two boxes of black mulberries. I was really moved 😭😭😭 and moved to tears😫😫. The boss and the boss's wife warmly entertain every customer and chat with them 😄😄😄😄😄. You can order dishes at home. The big plate chicken made by the boss's wife is amazing. NNgThe hotel looks a bit worn down. We had 2 rooms, they both had weird smells and different items that didn't work properly. The air conditioning struggled on the second night. The counter and security staff were friendly though. They also recommended places to go for meals. The hotel had a cheap breakfast place where locals go for breakfast. There are also some street food restaurants next to the hotel.

RRoszaimyCouldn’t be happier with the stay. Arrived early morning at Turpan rail station and the owner granted early checkin without a fuss. Super convenient given the tiring overnight train journey. Owner was also kind enough to arrange for tour driver for one day sightseeing. The area is awesome! Next door is a local vegetable and fruit shop where things can be purchased super cheaply. Bought a large watermelon (in season) and the owner lent a knife to cut it open. Delicious! The room is great; well appointed, clean, breezy. Only slight issue with the bathroom where the water didn’t drain fast enough so need to shower carefully to prevent overflow into the room. Overall, it was a stay well beyond expectation. The owner was super nice and helpful.
