One bedroom is retained by a host and the second bedroom and sitting room are dedicated for guests. Two guests are allowed per room and a party of up to 4 guests can retain both rooms. The location of the apartment is great: it is a the bottom end of the harbour with a 5-minute walking distance to Kolovare beach and a 10-minute stroll to the center of the old town. Standard amenities, such as a hospital, police, fire fighting station, and ambulance are within walking distance and a plethora of cafes and restaurants are around, with a Galleria shopping mall just around the corner. This inviting condo apartment is nestled within a well-maintained building, offering a cozy and practical living space of 74 square meters.
