"The surrounding natural environment is good. It has just opened and the facilities are new and clean. It has air conditioning and hot water. The internal environment is good and you can eat here. There is a main road next to it, and there are many small shops and places to eat. The boss and waiters are very enthusiastic. It is about 3 kilometers away from the busy seaside streets and the airport. The price is very fair and the cost performance is very high. I highly recommend this one."

"The only downside was the sound of the Muslim call to prayer. There's a big loudspeaker right next to the house, and it starts playing prayers at 4 AM every day, which really disturbed our sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely reconsider. Even if you're a heavy sleeper, it'll still wake you up. However, the location is indeed very convenient, right off the main street, and the service was good. The front desk staff were very friendly and even arranged for early breakfasts for us when we had early morning tours or flights."

"Fantastic location, great views and clean room! My flight got cancelled so i could only check in one day later which they accommodated in terms of timing. I was able to call them through Trip.com and managed to communicate with them quite easily. Room was cleaner than expected! No insects at all, only 2-3 spiders. No hair found on sheets or sofa, no clogged drains, no foul smells. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it is accessible through lift and stairs. Sound wise, i could hear the water and door opening from the next room, nothing else. In the mornings you can hear the sounds of birds chirping and sometimes roosters crowing, pretty nice to wake up to. The sounds aren't loud enough to be disruptive. Aircon seems very new. No old musty smells, very clean and fresh. Hotel staff are responsive and helpful too. Overall, I would stay here again! Rooms are clean and spacious, it's a short 5 min walk to town, a convenient walk to the airport and has a great Italian restraunt next door."

"Aside from the hot water not being very convenient, everything else was great (it took about 20 minutes for two people to shower). The air conditioning, beds, and environment were all decent, and it only cost a little over 300 yuan per person (we were a group of four). It was also very quiet. Highly recommended!!! There weren't many reviews on Airbnb and Ctrip, so I was quite worried before going, but I was pleasantly surprised, hahaha."

"The hotel offers good value for money. The bed and bathroom were clean, but both very small. With a large suitcase, the room feels almost full. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Labuan Bajo, within walking distance of the harbor and main sights. However, the rooms are poorly insulated; you can clearly hear the street outside and people in the hallway. Since we stayed on the ground floor, this was quite disturbing at times."

"Location is excellent, close to the port and all restaurants and stores. Service was okay, the staff is very kind, but their amenities don't feel connected to the experience of the hotel. "Small hotel near the Main Street of Labuan Bajo. Location is great. Ideal starting point for the Komodo tours as pick up and drop off will let you get home without having to spend too much time stuck in traffic. Also? It’s less than 2km from the airport making it super convenient and cheap to get to. Shame I found a couple of small insects roaming around. Bonus points for the sunset/sunrise views!"

"The hotel itself was average but stuff was super nice and very friendly. We slept one night here before our trip to Komodo islands while during the trip we had itching through the whole body. As we came back to hotel we realised the itching was due to small ants all over the apartment even in the bed. We changed the hotel but stuff was super nice and they start fixing the problem immediately and also they arranged us a transport to the other hotel. Other rooms would be probably nice and without any problem. 5/10 recommend just because of location and very nice stuff"

PpushkarpClean, private and adequate stay. Facilities provided were good. Kitchen with water dispenser, fridge, toaster, stove was good for self cooking was a add-on. Limited breakfast options but unlimited coffee, tea an water. Owner - Alvin was polite and kind and helped with required information.

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a fun and welcoming place to stay while in Labuan Bajo, then book your stay here! My husband and I had a week here. We loved the staff - they helped us book our scuba diving trip and Komodo island visit. They were also wonderful to chat with, recommend things to do, and make us comfortable on our stay. The place was incredibly clean. I generally prefer to have a private bath when traveling, but because they are constantly cleaning, I was very comfortable in any of the facilities. They also prepare delicious food and drinks. If they have a fish bbq while you are there, definitely try it! We had it twice while we were there, and both times were great. Drinks are reasonably priced, so you can enjoy an evening there. My favorite part was how eco-friendly the staff and facilities are. They have fresh water in two locations so you can refill your bottles at any time. They also have cups you can use while you are there for water, coffee, or tea(all are provided). If you would like a snack, you can use the kitchen to prepare food, or use some of their pancake mix. There isn’t hot water, which was a bit hard to get used to, but it’s so hot on the island, it doesn’t really matter. If we return to Labuan Bajo, we will definitely be staying here!

大大案北京The service is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very large, and some rooms have small bugs. I stayed in two rooms 8/9. No. 8 is smaller than No. 9, but there are no bugs. It is not recommended for people with poor sleep when facing the street. The noise of the car at night is quite noisy. I can sleep all night after getting used to it for 3 nights. The breakfast is on the rooftop, there are only 4 varieties, and it's a standard that can be eaten. It is very close to the pier and walked for about 3 minutes. There are many places to eat on the side. The prices are okay, similar to Beijing.

GGuest UserNice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

No hot water Very good working aircon 1 bed sheet on top of mattress, no sheets to sleep under even when asked Get what you pay for (200k room) cheapest privacy you’ll find in Labuan Bajo Double bed and non-working tv for those that care for one Beautiful view over the town, just up the road from Seaesta hostel (nicest & most social hostel in town) They offer food (order at reception) which is very cheap

The air conditioning is not good, but the service staff are very friendly and will solve any problems in time. Disadvantages: (1) The car to the hotel can only be parked on the main road. You need to drag your suitcases along a muddy road of about 80 meters and about 150 steps. You need to be self-reliant the whole way. There are only two female service staffs with limited strength. We almost collapsed on the way to check in. 2 If you are afraid of animals, please choose carefully when sleeping at night! ! The toilet in the room we arranged is open-air. At night, we saw rats, centipedes, geckos and all kinds of insects. There will be mosquitoes and geckos when you sleep at night! Please bring ointments and mosquito repellents!

GGuest User公共區風景不錯 房間不大，個人覺得以這個價格來説是還不錯 但他們的櫃檯，英文很差，有點難溝通 加床墊 他們加收150k 淋浴冷熱水 算穩定 早餐有魚.蛋.菜，我覺得算不錯吃 個人覺得 沒有網絡評論的這麽差啦 如果要便宜住宿，還是蠻不錯的選擇😁
