"I always choose Atour hotels for my trips, and this one was genuinely great. After speaking with the front desk, they reserved the largest room for me, which was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The staff member who checked me in was particularly enthusiastic. After checking out, I went back to the hotel to rest and grab a coffee, and the front desk was incredibly helpful. My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast could be improved a bit. "The location is great, right in town and close to all the attractions, within walking distance. Upon arrival, I got a free upgrade to a room with a window, which was a nice surprise. The hot spring on the top floor was quite comfortable, though you can't stay in for too long. You can even catch the fireworks from there! Eating and shopping were also very convenient. The only downside was that the North Slope of Tianchi was never open during my stay, so I had to go to the West Slope if I wanted to visit."

"Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay."

"I genuinely want to give this place a full five stars from the bottom of my heart. The moment I walked in: you could say it's American style, but it also has a vintage feel – I just really love it. The sofas and chairs are all tasteful, the selection of items is truly excellent, and even the kids' bathroom in the lobby looks great. Service: On the day we checked in, there might have been kids running around upstairs, which somewhat affected our rest. One day, the elevator had an issue, and the staff member personally carried two suitcases down for me – truly appreciative! The bathroom in the room is separated wet and dry, and another great point is that the wall by the TV has hooks everywhere, which is perfect for hanging all sorts of clothes, pants, and hats – a pile of clothes used for going out! "The hotel is quiet and clean, and not far from a popular street with many trendy restaurants. They have an outdoor hot spring, and the scrubbing attendant was so thorough I felt like I had brand new skin! The guest room manager was incredibly welcoming, recommending various attractions and even telling us about a nearby farmers' market. After breakfast, we walked over and the morning market was still in full swing. We ended up buying 1,000 yuan worth of wild mushrooms and large blueberries, which was about a fifth of the price we'd pay in our city's morning market. The ginseng selection was astounding."

"I'd give the room 95 points. The only slight improvements, worth 5 points, would be two things: first, I wish the host would proactively add me on WeChat. I waited for a while, and then I had to initiate the contact. I also had to ask about parking, etc. Of course, they replied politely, but I think they could be more proactive in informing guests about important details. As a result, the car we rented for the four of us wasn't allowed into Endori, and we ended up walking quite a distance through the snow with our luggage late at night. They could have easily offered pick-up/drop-off service, and it would have been much better if this was communicated in advance. The second point is that room cleaning and tidying up seem to require a request. Perhaps we weren't aware of the rules, but again, it would be great if the host could inform us beforehand.
