"We were so happy that the front desk ladies let us checked in early. They are all very friendly and helpful! As we stepped into the room, it’s bright and spacious, just feel like going back home. The beds are cleaned and comfy that we all slept well the past few nights. We loved looking out the window. It’s facing a wetland park. So you could see the tree lines, the beautiful sky and sunrise. The breakfast is good with decent size of options to choose from. This hotel is very closed to the north entrance of Changbaishan that you could practically walk there. All and all, we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The B&B is located within a resort complex, similar to Aranya. There are plenty of dining options, activities, and small shops. Private cars aren't allowed inside. We added a customer service representative named Lili on WeChat in advance, and communication via WeChat was very convenient. They offered pick-up and drop-off services from the station and the distribution center, and they arranged everything perfectly for us. The North Gate is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The East Gate is a bit further to walk, but there's a shuttle car available for pick-up and drop-off. The driver, Mr. Zhang, would always chat with us and even helped with our luggage. The place itself is very clean, and tidying was prompt. There was a good variety for breakfast, and after eating, we went straight to Heavenly Lake. The cleaning staff were always friendly and greeted us. When we checked out, we arranged for station drop-off, which was great."

"The actual hotel looks nothing like the pictures online; those are heavily photoshopped to look clean. In reality, the surrounding shops and parked cars outside are a messy sight. The 'hot spring' is just a few pools on the rooftop, and when I went, two of them were being drained, with two or three men and boys already soaking in the others. The hotel breakfast offered very little variety, just enough to fill you up, so don't expect much. The only upside is its proximity to Genting Market and Endou Valley. Erdaobaihe Town itself is quite beautiful, and I visited on the hottest day of the year."

Service: 3.5, a bit low because of a minor oversight in cleaning on the first day, and some staff seemed unfamiliar with the surroundings. First time writing a Ctrip review, doing a task for a good rating. The front desk and breakfast area staff deserve full marks for their patience with the elderly. Others should learn from them (even though it's part of their job). The small self-service restaurant was surprisingly exquisite, delicious, and flavorful. It would be great if they could offer afternoon tea in the future. It doesn't necessarily have to follow other hotels with lunch and dinner. The restaurant across from the hotel window had a Golden Osmanthus fish that was rich and flavorful, just to my liking. Keep up the good work climbing the North Slope! This is a great place for everyone to relax and unwind. Suggestion: Suites could include a coffee capsule machine to enhance the stay experience. If it rains, you can happily stay in the hotel and enjoy a series of activities ^_^ The arcade coin experience was great. Although I didn't win, it would be nice if they offered a small plush toy 🧸, but that's just a personal suggestion."

"The hotel offers a thoughtful pick-up service, and the driver was very friendly. The front desk staff were patient and polite. Upon arrival, our booked room wasn't ready, but as a member, we got a room upgrade for 20 [currency unit] for one night. The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything. Right outside is the Wetland Flower Sea, and it's just a few hundred meters walk to the Reindeer Park. It's also a short stroll to Meiren Song Langqiao Park and Yunding Market. About 100 meters from the hotel, there are three bus routes. Two stops will take you directly to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center for ascending the mountain. If you're not in a hurry on your return, you can also take the Route 3 bus to Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which is very convenient as you can pay by scanning a QR code via WeChat. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was the same as Atour's at home, making for a very comfortable night's rest. When we came back in the evening, there was even a late-night congee service, so we could enjoy a hot bowl before bed. Very good, highly recommended."

"We've truly discovered a gem of accommodation! The surrounding environment is absolutely gorgeous; every corner outside is a perfect photo opportunity, the atmosphere is simply amazing. The room itself is also very cozy and well-maintained, with attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The butler service was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic, completely exceeding my expectations. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changbai Mountain!"

"This time we chose to stay at the Rigena Hot Spring Hotel during our trip to Changbai Mountain. Ms. Han Xiaojun, the customer service manager at the front desk, was incredibly warm and welcoming when she received us. When we encountered ticketing issues and asked her various questions about our trip, she was always enthusiastic and patient in her explanations, making us feel right at home, like we were receiving care from a close friend – it was very heartwarming. We also have a few suggestions regarding the hotel's facilities: the lighting in the double suite was a bit too dim, and the lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes was quite inconvenient. "Overall, a great experience! The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The hot spring water was clean and very relaxing after a soak. The front desk and service staff were all very welcoming and responsive. Breakfast had enough variety and the taste was decent. The location is close to the scenic area, making travel convenient. It offers good value for money, so staying here when visiting Changbai Mountain is really hassle-free."

"The high temperatures persisted, so we came to Changbai Mountain to escape the heat and stayed at the Yunshuilanting Hotel. Upon check-in, Manager Dong, knowing we were two seniors over 70, provided us with the warmest service imaginable. She patiently explained the surrounding area, important considerations, and evening activities, and even brought us local seasonal blueberries. It felt like home, with the warmth of children around us. Despite it being peak tourist season and the hotel being fully booked, the cleanliness and dining were still top-notch. Of all the places we've stayed in Changbai Mountain over the past few days, this was by far the best experience. Manager Dong is an excellent leader, managing an outstanding service team."

"👍 A super charming, folk-style hotel in a beautiful setting. The location is absolutely stunning. 👍 The room amenities are excellent too; the hairdryer is a top brand, and the shower facilities and toiletries are the same as those found in Hilton hotels. 👍 The beef hotpot and sweet and sour pork were both delicious. 👍 The service was fantastic, very attentive and genuinely caring towards our family. When I fell at the hot springs, the hotel staff thoughtfully applied medicine for me. They were truly considerate.
