"We stayed for 5 nights and were very satisfied with the value for money. We experienced the family bath and hot springs, and booked two rooms that included breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed delicious Japanese food every day. The problem arose on the last day during breakfast. About 10 minutes before the 9 AM closing time, my mother, trying to be considerate of the restaurant staff, poured her remaining coffee into a paper cup, intending for our family of four to clear our dishes and leave. At that moment, an old man, leaning with both hands on the kitchen counter, loudly shouted something unintelligible at us. Our entire family was startled, confused, and didn't understand what he was saying. As foreigners who don't speak Japanese, we couldn't comprehend him. After hearing him repeatedly shout loudly, we guessed we should pour the coffee back into the cup and left. Other guests were present, and this experience was the worst, ruining our family's impression of Japan. Shortly after, we tried to ask the old man about it, but he pretended not to understand English and avoided conversation, retreating into the kitchen. If there's a communication barrier, they should use a friendly translation app or clearly guide guests with actions instead of a kitchen staff member standing like a king with arms outstretched, shouting. Also, it was uncomfortable to have restaurant staff constantly watching how many plates people took, probably because individual dishes were served one by one. It's been a while since our trip ended, but that incident still pops into my mind. My family also talks about it. I hope they don't ruin tourists' enjoyable trips with rigid and inappropriate behavior. We felt disrespected as foreigners. I briefly explained this to the front desk using a translator, and a female staff member repeatedly offered polite apologies. Due to our departure schedule, we couldn't speak with the old man again or receive an apology, which is probably why we won't be returning to Japan."

"A little earlier than usual, I arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. I'm parking in the parking lot, and the staff have already come out and carry my luggage. I was able to enjoy a fantastic day. Not only the rooms you guided me Dinner was almost the best I've ever experienced. The hot springs were also satisfactory. Unfortunately, it snowed too much and I was a little bit limited to look around. After looking around for a while, the surrounding environment also formed a hot spring street, which was worth taking a walk. However, there are a little distances to restaurants and convenience stores, so please refer to it. So if you don't arrive late, I recommend dinner. Rather, it may be a good dinner time to recommend arriving early for dinner and enjoying dinner. And I'd like to take this into account."

"I wasn’t expecting that much with this price, but surprisingly good hotel with this price. They serve free beef bowl at night and 550 yen breakfast buffet was very nice. They got some curry and chicken dishes and it was very tasty. Night view was nice and there is Machinaka-Onsen nearby so i strongly recommend to visit there. Room and toilet was very small and very old but it was not that bad. After all i was surprisingly satisfied with this hotel, and i wanna visit there again if i go to Aomori again. 5/5."

"Very close to the Hakkoda Mountain Ropeway Station, making it very convenient for those using public transportation. On the first day, we took the JR Tohoku Bus from Aomori Railway Station. After storing our luggage, we took the ropeway up the mountain. If the weather is good, there's enough time to walk around the summit. The hotel dinner was plentiful. Breakfast was decent. The onsen facilities were of good quality. The next day, we took an early bus to Lake Towada. We could then hike the Oirase Gorge Trail."

"The hotel's location is quite good, within walking distance of Aomori Station. It's fairly decent for the price; the room was a bit small and dated, but still clean and comfortable. The free breakfast included was really good, plentiful and delicious. I'd likely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Aomori!"

"It was very clean and quiet and easy to spend. I was happy because the bath and toilet were separate. The food was delicious 😋. I would like to go to stay again."

"While this ryokan is not super luxurious but it is cozy, lovely ryokan with onsen including 3 private onsens. I stayed at Japanese-style room. It is a small room with a tiny bathroom and toilet. This place doesn’t offer dinner while breakfast can be ordered. There are many dining places and convenient stores in walking distance. The ryokan is just 100m or so from Asamushi station. Very convenient. It is just 20 minutes from Aomori city by train."

"Good location at an affordable price Personally really satisfied with free breakfast Breakfast is especially good and delicious But the lock is not a key card, but a key, and it has a unique old smell."

"The facilities were also substantial with breakfast. However, the air-conditioning equipment was not enough and the window was opened and ventilated, but it was difficult to understand the opening and closing of the window. Also, because it was in front of the station, the drunken voice echoed in the middle of the night and was woken up many times 💦 I was worried about it."

"Aomori Festival can not find Aomori housing can book Aomori hot spring hotel This place is 20 minutes from Aomori Station. The train facilities are very old. It has not been renovated for a long time. The service staff is very good. But the food at the hot spring hotel is very general. It is not a parking and two food festivals. The premium is too much."
