The breakfast offers a great variety of Western and Korean options, and everything was delicious. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and proactive in helping us. When we checked in, they also provided a detailed explanation of how to use the indoor floor heating and other amenities, which was a very thoughtful touch.

This hostel is located within walking distance of Yongduam Rock, in a very quiet neighborhood with a school nearby. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and Mir had all the necessary facilities. It wasn't too crowded at night. I went for walks along the nearby coastline every morning and evening – the scenery was beautiful (even though it was super windy)! I envy people who live by the sea!

Women only guesthouse. The sense of safety is worth the price. It’s not difficult to list what it to be loved about the place. Comfortable bedding, luggage storage before and after check in if you have a late flight, relaxing space on the first floor, cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast made by the staff is above standards. I’m so grateful to be able to taste seaweed clam soup and Korean rice, and making your own eggs. But there are also options of bread and butter, and cereal. Fresh coffee, tea and water are also provided. At the end of the day it is a shared space and not always perfect in regards to noise, sometimes it can be noisy after 11pm. But the girls I stayed with were very nice and majority of times are open to chatting and communicating regards to lights out times. There was an incident with one staff member in the morning who wore black headphones, pink loungewear and had dark glasses. She was a bit rude regards to surroundings and almost hit me while opening the upper cupboard doors and fridge. Later, she was also disrespectful to another Chinese guest who wanted to ask a question at the front desk. Aside from this I truly enjoyed my stay here in central Jeju, and found it very comfortable and had decent privacy with the curtains. The guests were overall very respectful and I had the pleasure to meet nice people. I look forward to staying here again if I visit Jeju again.

Clean, quiet and compact bedsit. We booked this room because we wanted to stay on the west side of the island and enjoy a sea view, plus it had a small kitchen. However, the kitchen was a bit of a letdown, as you can only really cook noodles or something similar, there are restrictions on what you’re allowed to cook. Toiletries and plenty of towels provided. Walking distance to beaches, lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Unfortunately the local bakery (practically next door) was closed the days we were there but it looked great! It’s close to a bus stop. You can get there by express bus from the airport, followed by a local bus. Although it’s a bit of a hassle on the smaller local buses if you have large suitcases. Short walk from the bus stop to the accom. The entrance and hallways are exceptionally clean with pretty plants and flowers lining the stairs. Nice to hear the sea and wake up to the view. Easy check-in. Reasonable price.

The best of this apartment includes its great price, large rooms with a balcony overlooking the main street, strategic location with souvenir shops, restaurants, walking avenue, Shilla duty free around. 10-min taxi from airport. I also like its silky soft pillow case and bedding. But one must note that it's not a hotel and service is very limited if not absent. Guests have to check in on its own with the kiosk on G/F. There's a Chinese apps WeChat that one may communicate with the staff (they only know Korean, very limited English). Checkin and checkout time (4pm and 11am) are rigid. Extra charge required for leaving the luggage at the so called front desk after checkout. No one came to my room to clean up throughout my 4-night stay. Only one toilet roll provided throughout my stay. When I entered the room on the first day, I got a strong bad odour and finally identified it's the stingy dish washing sponge next to the sink.

We booked a quad room, and it offered fantastic value for money! The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. The shower and other facilities were excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially the gentleman, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also did a superb job, keeping everything spotless. There are microwaves available on the second and fourth floors, and purified water dispensers on every floor for guests to use – truly a gem of a hotel! I'll definitely choose New Jeju Hotel again on my next trip to Jeju Island and highly recommend it to my friends. Its location is super convenient; it's very close to various shopping centers like E-Mart and Daiso, as well as Baojian-ro, and a wide array of restaurants including fried chicken, Jajangmyeon, hairtail fish, Korean beef, and black pork. Plus, there are three or four convenience stores nearby. You'll truly feel at home here, and it's absolutely superb value for money! ^_^

The hotel's location is good. It's walking distance to some convinience stores, dongmun market, daiso, jungang underground shopping mall and even the bus stops. Yes there are bus stops nearby as well as ferry passenger terminal. Also, I would like to give appreciation to the couple who managed this hotel. They're very welcoming. This hotel gives free toothbrush, water, coffee, shampoo and lotions. They even have tv in the room and hairdryer. Apart from that, There's microwave and water dispenser in the lobby. However, there's no lift/elevator, so expect that you'll be dragging your suitcase but in my case, Ajumma helped me carry it in the stairs 🫢.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Aqua Beautique Hotel for my birthday trip! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also appreciated the assistance provided regarding parking and my dietary inquiries about the breakfast options, which made my stay even more comfortable and worry-free. Thank you for helping make my birthday trip a memorable one! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This place is honestly not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The room is your average Korean hostel room (no curtains tho). The bathroom is a bit messy but overall not dirty. The location is very convenient if you are planning to explore the island by bus. For the very little price paid, I would stay at this hostel again!

Everything was clean, from the front desk to the room. The back parking lot offers an ocean view, and the room offers a great view of the ocean as well. The proximity to the ocean makes for a great walk, and there's a 24-hour convenience store just a three-minute walk away.
