Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

The hotel is conveniently located on a small street next to City Hall, just a five-minute walk to the tram station. It's a building constructed in 1880, which once served as the Victoria Coffee Palace. On the mezzanine floor, there are some 19th-century antique items displayed in two cabinets. The triple room isn't huge, but it was sufficient for two adults and one child. The beds have wheels and can be moved around, and the nightstands are also movable, allowing you to combine them into one large and one small bed, creating space for luggage. The room was very clean, though the sliding door in the shower had a minor issue. Slippers and drinking water are not provided in the room, but you can get water from the dispenser on the mezzanine floor, which is convenient enough. There was a strange noise from the air conditioning at night, and someone came to fix it after we reported it. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast didn't change at all, offering both English and Chinese options, as shown in the picture. Overall, it was decent, but those with high expectations for breakfast should consider other options.

The airport shuttle service is really convenient and fast. The hotel is only a ten-minute drive from the airport. Getting to downtown Melbourne involves taking a bus then transferring to a tram, which takes about an hour in total. The room itself was okay, but the soundproofing isn't great – you can hear people talking and luggage being dragged outside. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own, especially if you're traveling from China.

It's just so-so. The room was very dark—I stayed in the 4-bed dorm and didn't even feel like taking any pictures. There wasn't much of a social vibe either. The view from the rooftop is gorgeous, though. It's located right on the edge of Melbourne CBD. There's a convenience store just across the street, but you have to walk quite a bit to find places to eat. I only stayed for one night and then moved out.

1. **Cleanliness:** The room was quite clean, basically spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. 2. **Environment:** The overall environment is excellent. There's a laundry room, and a separate restroom on the first floor that guests can use even after checking out. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, with a tram stop nearby. It's only a three or four stop ride to Flinders Street Station. 3. **Service:** The service was decent. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, but basic English was sufficient. 4. **Facilities:** Everything else was great, except for the showerhead. The water pressure was very low, and it was a rainfall-style shower with a wide spray angle. For women under 180cm, it's hard to reach the water when it's initially strong, and by the time it reaches you, it's barely a drizzle. It made showering quite uncomfortable.

I contacted the host before, during, and after booking, and they were very responsive and patient in helping me with everything! The location is fantastic, right in the city center, with restaurants, supermarkets, and Coles downstairs… an excellent location, next to Southern Cross Station! If you're going on a tour, the meeting point is just a short walk away, super convenient and quick without having to go far! The price is very reasonable, and although it's small, it has everything you need. It has a dryer, washing machine, cookware, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. The refrigerator is small, so be careful what you buy! I think my stay was great! ^_^ Thank you!

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Easy check in. Plenty of parking space. Room was basic but clean. Insulation of the room was not good. It was cold as we can feel the cold air entering the room from the window and door edges. Heater wasn’t functioning. Easy check out. Location ok. Not worth for the price we paid.

Stayed here previously and had a few issues, now under new ownership. The new owner was excellent, stayed back late to wait for us to arrive, had just put new couches in the room, has contracted new cleaners that are keeping the rooms much cleaner. Everything was in good working order and well maintained. Plenty of space in the room, great location with street parking available (unlimited Sat afternoons and Sundays, restricted hours weekdays and Saturday mornings). Close to tram and great food options within walking distance. Can recommend the Auction Rooms Cafe for breakfast, a short walk from the apartments. Look forward to staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of an MRT station, making transportation very convenient. There's also a small convenience store and a mala tang restaurant nearby. The main source of noise comes from the adjacent parking garage, where people sometimes chat, get drunk, and shout. Generally, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff are also very willing to provide whatever you need. Plus, having a small kitchenette is a bonus, and you can exchange or borrow a hairdryer. For the price, it definitely offers good value. So, for the other aspects like noise, wearing earplugs helps, and the cleanliness is also up to par.
