"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was of good quality, and the transportation was convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle bus was punctual and on time. It's a Holiday Inn that's very suitable for layovers. Although the hotel decor isn't luxurious, it's not as run-down as some reviews claim; I'd say the facilities are actually well-maintained. The only negative experience was with the shuttle bus driver in the morning. He just stood at the bus door waiting for tips. If he had helped with luggage, a tip would be deserved. This guy didn't even get off to help; he just tidied up the luggage rack on the bus, and then extended his hand to help steady us when we got off, all while expecting a tip. That's a bit much. You should provide good service to earn a tip, not just hold out your hand without doing any work."

"Entry to the accommodation is self-check-in. The room is clean and comfortable. However, the common areas are less so. The bathroom isn't cleaned regularly; there's a lot of hair lying around and the grout is black. The floor is also very slippery, almost dangerous. The kitchen is large but there aren't enough utensils. A colander for draining pasta would have been nice. There are only two chairs for all the rooms. In conclusion, the room is too expensive for what it is, even though it was the cheapest option we found in the city. The room is a 15-minute walk from the metro station entrance and an hour from the city center by metro."

"The room was spotless and very clean. The price was also affordable, and breakfast was more than sufficient. I noticed that most of the guests were quiet families or cabin crew, which gave me the impression that it's a hotel where everyone can feel safe and comfortable during their stay. It was my first time using the shuttle bus from the airport, and it was easy to find and very convenient."

"The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay."

"The room was new, and the service was excellent. The 9 AM airport shuttle was full, so I had to wait for the 9:30 one. If you have a flight to catch, make sure to leave early. There seemed to be a connecting door to the next room, as I could hear a child crying. Overall, it was very good."

"We had a twin room, and it was quite small, but the 1.35m beds were decent. The shower water pressure, however, was absolutely unacceptable – it was so low that a woman washing her hair would easily take 40 minutes to rinse it properly. You can just imagine how weak it was! The hotel's location is excellent. We didn't use public transport, but there's a station right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. You can walk to all the city's attractions, which was great fun. The only downside is being in the city center; there's constant noise from police sirens, ambulances, or fire trucks. Initially, the price was 3.5K per night, but then it suddenly dropped to 1.5K. I'm not sure why, but it worked out well for us."

"I swore off comfort inn motels a couple of years ago, but I was desperate and this one was close to the airport for a fight diversion. They offered a shuttle service which took an hour and a 15 to get to me, 45 minutes longer than the 30 minute wait I was told. Room was clean, modern and the usual comfort inn smell. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good breakfast, again, not the usual comfort inn fruit loops and bagels"

"The location is great, right outside there's a bus stop, and the subway isn't too far either. The only thing is there are so many key cards needed to get through all the doors – I even had to take my room card with me to the shower and toilet! Some of the front desk staff were super friendly though; one even helped me carry my suitcase upstairs (this hostel doesn't have an elevator, and there's no laundry room here, but you can pay to do laundry at a place across the street). Overall, I think it's pretty good! There were some homeless people outside, but they seemed harmless."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each)."

Stepping inside, it immediately felt like coming home. I was greeted in Chinese, a welcome and long-missed feeling after being away for so long. The hosts were incredibly warm and even offered me some delicious stuffed flatbread. We chatted, and I even managed to do my laundry. The best part was finding a running store, Running Room, right outside the door – a place I'd been searching for ages! I was thrilled to get a new pair of running shoes. Staying at a B&B offers a completely different experience compared to a hotel. The room was so comfortable; it was the best night's sleep I've had in days. If I had to pick a con, it would be that there's only one, rather small, bathroom. It so happened that a friend came to meet me and was waiting outside while I urgently needed to use the restroom. However, an elderly gentleman was in there, and I had to wait for what felt like a very long time, probably about 10-15 minutes. Besides that, everything was absolutely perfect!

A great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

Absolutely perfect! The location and room size were both ideal. The front desk staff were also very friendly! There's an open space in front of the hotel, which made calling an Uber super convenient! The room also had a large fridge and a wardrobe, which was very handy!

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Victoria as we had tickets for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and was perfect! The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Our room was perfect for our overnight stay. Everyone was their at the hotel was very friendly and it was a very easy check in and check out. The hotel was an 8 minute walk to Scotia Bank Arena with lots of things to do, see, and eat in the area. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to eat at the cute little restaurant on the main lobby, but I know we will definitely rebook here again and hopefully try it out! Overall awesome experience!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

I could not have asked for a better location for our needs. I felt safe being right beside a police station, which was very reassuring. From the start, I was warmly greeted, and I even received a call within about 10 minutes of checking in to make sure everything was going well, which was a nice touch. The deposit was affordable and they did not ask me to sign a waiver for it, which I appreciated as it kept the check-in process simple. I was able to use a luggage cart to bring all of our bags and cooler up easily, and the elevator made it very convenient. There was plenty of space in the room to organize our things, and it was helpful to have a refrigerator for food and drinks. The bed was comfortable, and although I could hear my neighbour at times, I was still able to sleep well. I also enjoyed the clean pool area, which was well maintained. Breakfast was spacious with a good variety of options, making it an easy and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location with thoughtful service and good amenities.

The location is convenient. You can get to the downtown Eaton Centre by taking bus 34 and then transferring to subway line 1. The hotel breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM and costs $15 per person, but the selection is just average. The room is spacious but a bit dated and has a small balcony. The pool also seems popular with many people swimming.

1) This is a serviced apartment, so you won't see a hotel name, and there's no staff to help you check in. About three days before arrival, the manager contacted me via email and WhatsApp, asking me to send my passport details and credit card for a deposit. Finally, they sent a QR code by email, with instructions to use it at a key box outside the building to get the keys for the apartment. If you're a traveler who dislikes constantly checking emails while on vacation, you should definitely consider this before booking. 2) The unit is fully equipped with cooking facilities and cleaning supplies. However, the furniture is old and not as good as it appears in the photos. 3) When I booked, it was advertised as one bedroom and a study, but it turns out the 'study' doesn't have a door; it's more like a bed placed in a corner of the living room. 4) The cleanliness was subpar. 5) The sliding door to the balcony was damaged and couldn't be opened or closed.

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.
