The owner is very kind and the hotel is located right near the West Slope shuttle center. It's perfect for those who are in a hurry to hike. The room is clean and relatively new. However, there's some ongoing renovation nearby, but it doesn't affect its use at night. They also offer a shuttle service from the station.

A perfect score! Huazhu Shenxue Nuanju boasts a convenient location and an elegant, quiet environment. The rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The service is attentive and warm, always ready to assist, making for a fantastic experience. Staying here on a snowy day is especially therapeutic, and the price is incredibly reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries. Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed. Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic. Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

Parking was super convenient with a dedicated lot. The cleanliness was meticulous, and the bathroom amenities were complete, including disposable toilet seat covers and bath towels. What was most heartwarming was that the staff knew the local road conditions well. They clearly explained how to get to the mountain and where to buy tickets for rafting at a good price. They even helped thoroughly search for a small item I lost. If you want to eat Northeastern cuisine, there are options right outside. It made our trip hassle-free and enjoyable, and our whole family had a comfortable stay.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

The macaron color theme instantly brightened my mood. The next day, they even provided a delicious complimentary breakfast for two. No exaggeration, the breakfast was rich and tasty, easily comparable to chain hotel buffets costing 38 yuan or more. The best part is the room rate was less than 200 yuan, making the value for money absolutely incredible. Lastly, the West Slope scenic area entrance is just a 2-minute walk away, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this guesthouse, it's really great! 👍

The hotel is located on a corner at the entrance to a street food area. The owner is a kind elderly woman who provides excellent service. However, she doesn't speak English, only Chinese, so a translation service is necessary. Sometimes, she doesn't wait for you to activate the translation function, so you might not understand and need to ask her to repeat herself. You can arrange airport pick-up via WeChat (find the hotel's number on amap) for 70 yuan. The hotel is clean. Towels are freshly laundered and provided daily. Slippers, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are provided. Two bottles of drinking water are included daily. Rooms have individual air conditioning controls. There is no cigarette smell, and there is an elevator. You can arrange for the hotel to take you rafting or to a ski resort (there's a small ski resort called Xiaohe with a magic carpet, perfect for beginners. It's not crowded, and instructors are available for hire). There are many restaurants nearby, and a supermarket within walking distance. The English spelling of the hotel name varies, but if it begins with a ”wo” sound, it's the right one.

A truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness. We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰

This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here. Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.
