"The service was exceptional! On the day my girlfriend and I were checking out, we wanted to spend a bit more time exploring Alishan National Scenic Area before catching our train down the mountain. Before we even had a chance to ask, the staff at the front desk proactively offered to deliver our luggage directly to the train station, saving us the trip back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel's shuttle arrived at the station at 11:30 AM, just as we were returning from exploring Zhaoping Park. We were able to board our 11:50 AM train down the mountain effortlessly. We're truly grateful for the hotel staff's incredible help!"

"Going to Alishan -> Where's the Alishan Hotel? -> Why is the hotel so cheap today? Following this stream of consciousness, I planned my trip around that one strangely cheap day for a hotel, which ended up being a trip to Taichung. There were many reviews, but the location is great, and the view is absolutely fantastic. They even posted the sunrise train schedule for Chaoping Station and the sunrise time in the hotel lobby. There's also a round-trip shuttle to the Alishan Information Center. The hotel room was clean, and they informed me that hot water would be available until midnight, but it was still working fine in the morning. The air conditioner is a combined heating and cooling unit. If you switch the mode correctly, you'll see a 'heat' indicator. It was a bit chilly that day, but I slept warmly. The hotel room is quite spacious, and the bedding is excellent. When booking through Trip.com, it states that you need to call to confirm your reservation two days before your stay. I recommend trying to send an email first. It was a difficult time for both the staff member and me... ㅠㅠ Sending an email resolved it very simply. And for some reason, Trip.com also called me separately regarding the reservation. I'm still not sure if they confirmed the reservation on Trip.com's end and notified me, or if they did it because my initial attempt to use Trip.com's internet call failed. The check-in process was assisted by a male staff member who was very friendly. Thank you! The hotel has a restaurant, but it's entirely reservation-based. I ate dinner outside, so I reserved for breakfast. It was served neatly and simply. In the morning, the door to the stairs is blocked, so you have to use the elevator."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and chatty. I almost missed the last train up the mountain, and with only ten minutes to spare, they even drove me to the station on a motorcycle! They were also very patient in answering all my questions. The hotel is located inside the park, and considering the park prices, it's quite acceptable. It's super convenient for watching the sunrise, hiking, and stargazing. Basic facilities are complete, and the single room is pretty much just a bed. The cleanliness is what I'd call 'camping level.' However, since I barely slept anyway because of stargazing and sunrise, it was acceptable. I'd consider staying at this hotel again next time."

"Extremely satisfied with both the dining and service. The accommodation was very comfortable, and I could even watch the sunrise from the hotel's platform in the morning! After breakfast, I followed the owner's advice and walked from the 'Tea Mist Trail' to the Er Yen Ping Trail. The entire 1.5-hour journey featured beautiful tea plantations, bamboo forests, and a sea of clouds. I'll definitely stay longer next time I visit."

"The lady owner was super lovely and accommodating. She was very welcoming and let us drop our luggage before check-in and gave us lots of good suggestions on where to go, what to do in Fenqihu and Alishan areas. She also gave some advices on the sunrise and sunset spots. We stayed in 4-people family room which as perfect and comfortable. There are all the facilities we needed and the breakfast was also very healthy and delicious. Highly recommended if you are making a trip to Alishan!"

"The place is on top of a small slope. Its environment is calm and peaceful. Room is clean, water pressure is strong. One can sit outside the room looking out to the far mountains. Breakfast is nice especially the sofa bean drink. It is near to a bus stop and also near a convenient store. It is also convenient to watch the sunrise a short distance away from the place. Would go back to stay if there is opportunity. Thanks for hosting us."

"Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean(not perfect) and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything (including ordering food and recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from 7 eleven. There is a washing machine in 3 floor and a free parking"

"The view from the room was absolutely stunning! It was also super convenient to walk to Xiashi Road, so no need to worry about parking. You can even park directly at the guesthouse and it's just a one-minute walk, plus you get to see the tea plantations. For dinner, we had a delicious hotpot with a light and tasty broth."
