"The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the hotel with a higher level next door. The breakfast was very rich. The Qinggan Great Ring Road had the most abundant breakfast. There was also an oxygen inhaler to the room. The surrounding night market was not far away. It was recommended to live."

An excellent experience from start to finish! They prepared a parking space for me in advance, and the humidifier and oxygen machine were already turned on in the room before I even checked in. The front desk even gave a small gift for my child's birthday. The butler thoughtfully sent videos of the breakfast options and recommendations each morning. Even though I only stayed for two days, it left a warm feeling in my heart.

I was just planning a standard stay, but unexpectedly, the weather suddenly turned cold overnight. To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with brand new, well-equipped facilities. For a place like Lenghu, it completely exceeded my expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and very detailed, making it feel truly like home. If you're coming to Lenghu, you absolutely must stay at the Xingqiong Secluded Realm Quality Hotel – you won't regret it. I've already highly recommended it to my friends!

This is probably the only hotel in Chaka with a diffuse oxygen supply system, ensuring a good night's sleep with plenty of oxygen in the rooms. While not centrally located, it offers convenient transportation in and out, and there are dining options downstairs. Overall, it's quite convenient, even a few minutes' drive to the center. The service was incredibly warm, and the front desk staff was very nice. When we left, they thoughtfully provided a souvenir lunch, even including local yogurt which tasted fantastic. Breakfast was generally good too. A few suggestions for improvement: while disposable towels are nice, they aren't very absorbent and uncomfortable to use; also, the outdoor AC unit hummed quite loudly, which affected sleep a bit. Overall, it's still a good place to stay.

Staying in the oxygen-supplied RV at the Chaka Salt Lake Bubble House Hotel was absolutely delightful! We specifically chose to wake up early to catch the sunrise over the old salt lake, and the RV's location was superb. Just by opening the window, we could see the sky transitioning with the changing light, and the pure white salt flats were painted a warm golden by the dawn. The scenery was both serene and stunning. The altitude is quite high, but thankfully, the in-vehicle oxygen supply system ensured our sleep wasn't affected by a lack of oxygen at all. We slept soundly until morning! The RV was very clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water, making daily life very convenient. The campsite environment was quiet, and the air was fresh in the morning. The staff even thoughtfully reminded us of the best spots to watch the sunrise. Staying within the scenic area saved us travel time, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the morning beauty of the salt lake. This oxygen-supplied RV is definitely the top choice when visiting Chaka!

This hotel has the best service during this trip. Because I like the scenery facing the snow-capped mountains, the hotel also upgraded it to a family suite. This hotel is already considered quite good in Chaka Town! Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower. Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones. Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!

This positive review is for the lovely lady at the front desk! She patiently explained the breakfast options, which included local specialty ramen and a buffet! She also brought us fruit, and adorably encouraged me to take more photos of the room, which truly was great! The facilities are excellent! Most importantly, they provide disposable amenities. Other friends should definitely consider this hotel, as it offers incredible value for money!

I couldn't be happier with my choice of Chaka Jundao Hotel for this trip to Chaka Salt Lake! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the salt lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and you can even visit the lively night market in the evening. The room was cozy, the bed was large and soft, and I slept soundly. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the basic amenities were complete.

The hotel is located in the Scenic Area N°1 and not the main tourist area, but the location was still nice, less crowded than the main area and the ticket was even included in the hotel fee. Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty and our towels were even wet like they've been used before. Still, the staff was very kind and brought us directly new ones and also helped us with everything else.
