"This was the most satisfying stay of this trip! The hotel's decor is very stylish, with meticulous attention to detail. The soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out any outside noise, making it perfect for a relaxing break. It's close to the scenic area, making it easy to return to the hotel after a tiring day. The staff were always smiling and helpful throughout the entire stay, making it a fantastic experience!"

"First, there's a free shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. The driver was very helpful and worried about not being able to pick me up. After exiting the high-speed rail station, turn left onto the arrival platform. Note that the exit gates here may not recognize your Hong Kong and Macau travel permit, so I recommend using the manual gate. The journey from the high-speed rail station to the hotel takes about 10 minutes. The lobby staff will help with your luggage. While checking in, I went to a nearby incense shop (probably part of the hotel's internal network) and asked them to help me find someone to take me to the Nanyue Grand Temple. They even included a guide to help me buy incense. The whole process was quick. After buying incense, I asked the driver to take me back to the hotel – so convenient! Back at the hotel, I rested briefly and then walked to Nanyueli around 6 pm (about 20 minutes). I saw some beautiful iron flower displays. The room was clean with floor-to-ceiling windows. The only downside was that the next day, I was startled awake in the middle of the night – I don't know if someone was staying upstairs. 🙂 Overall, the trip was still wonderful."

I booked a king-size room, but they only came with two pillows, one of different heights: a memory foam pillow and one regular cotton. The front desk said it was standard for king-size rooms. Half an hour later, a staff member brought another pillow, finally ensuring we had two pillows of the same height. The bathroom lacked a non-slip mat or washcloth, so water flowed from the bathroom to the toilet and then into the room. I don't understand how this was designed."
